I've been seeing this doctor for over five years and have always had a great experience. The doctor is personable, takes time with each patient, and truly listens to your concerns. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, and the office is always clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend! Thank you Dr Parsa and staff.

I visited the hospital in a huge rainy day thinking that Atleast they will see my finger which I got sliced in a slicer. For the first aid and to stop the blood I had put a little turmeric powder which worked to stop the flow. As long as I know the doctor and nurse both got disgusted to see my finger. I clearly told doc that I need my finger to be cleaned Atleast so that I don’t get any infections. And he heard and left the room.

The nurse comes and doesn’t know what to do in that condition and puts a cotton pad (without any ointment) on my finger and puts a tape loosely. She puts a cloths on it and boom they’re done! I opened my finger just now and all I saw was the cotton pad was stuck to my finger and all the pain again.

I myself have seen so many patients coming in my grandpa’s clinic and I know how it works. I even asked the nurse that if she will clean my finger with something or not and she was like no you need to do it after 2 days by YOURSELF! then why did I go to their clinic ? Ridiculous I was so much in pain and all they gave me was antibiotics and got 90$.

I don’t even care about money but they didn’t do anything to get that 90!

Bad experience…. We came 1-2 mins late and they didn’t take us… the closing time was 1:45 and we came at 1:02 but they still didn’t take us… we came all the way from Clanton… and front desk was also not cooperative… we liked the doctor but the staff weren’t cooperative.

Customer service is amazing!! They all greeted me with beautiful smiles at the front desk!! The doctor was super nice as well! Very clean inside as far as lobby and bathroom! Overall it’s a great place and they don’t waste anytime getting you in a room and taking care of you and getting you out and on your way!!!
