People at desk are rude, and the lady who takes blood pressure is even ruder. The manager is snippy and quick to cop an attitude. How hard is it to smile people Do u not realise half your people are sick? Perhaps a smile could brighten there day. This was gonna be my primary but the way I saw the front desk behave it's no wonder the place is empty. This is the quick care across from beals outlet on 200

They switched out the receptionist, Ariyah, that was there for yearssss. For someone completely incompetent and extremely rude. I am changing doctors because of this. Purposely making things difficult in regards to finding out something simple as “were my prescription sent up to the pharmacy. The office manager should consider letting her go. Or giving her proper training on how to deal with patients since that is definitely not something she has any experience in. You would think if you work with sick people who are going through it, you would deal with compassionate and understanding staff. But that’s the complete opposite. I would never recommend this place. Also, DEFINITELY NOT A WALK-IN WELCOME business. A joke. I love Dr. K tho. Very knowledgeable and cool. Sad about leaving her.

I give the one Star for N Patel I liked him, as far as the office staff, setting appointment times they can't keep (what I mean by that is waiting for over an hour to be seen, my time is important too) and outright lying. I kept asking why do I need to come in for a prescription refill which in the last 2 years I never needed to. They told me because my insurance requested it. I called my insurance company and ask if they now are requesting me to see the doctor every 90 days for every refill they told me no. So I called the office and told them the manager said well it must be our policy. I asked why would you just lie to me. So I fired them and went to someone else. I just don't care to be treated like that.

Dr N. Patel is outstanding. He takes time with his parents. He listens. He prescribes according to insurance and other medications.

Don't go here. It's like these doctors, and I use that term lightly, have their heads stuck in the sand. I had a chest xray done for pain and was told I had a "little pneumonia" and not treated. 2 days later I was in the ER. The ER gave me antibiotics which Dr. N. Raj should have done. I had blood work done prior to the hospital visit and never heard a thing. After calling for the results 3 weeks later they said I had signs of an infection and high glucose, we'll dah! I found that out in the hospital. They wanted me to come in and talk to Dr.N which to me would have been a waste of my time since these results were discovered in the ER. What a group of knuckleheads, I will never go back to this uncaring office. Please find a real doctor and avoid the experiences myself and other reviewers had at this office. I also gave one star to allow me to post this review.

Worst place ever! UNLESS you are a regular! Do not get an appointment because you will be put last after the walkins and friends of the Dr. are taken care of! My first visit was just as bad, they did not have supplies for stitches, then the second visit was even worse! I waited over an hour (I had an appointment) while watching walkins go before me, then one lady came in and said she talked to the Dr. and that they was going to work her in at the same time as my APPT. but then again SHE was taken back
first.. I FINALLY had enough and just left to never return again I promise!!
BTW: I had to put one star to post this review

Numerous incidents forced me to change medical facilities;
* I went for a scheduled physical and was told that I had to have blood work completed first. The blood work was done two weeks earlier and it took them quite awhile to find the results.
* My bloodwork indicated a high glucose reading which Dr. Raj Patel never mentioned when I met with him. My wife picked this up and when mentioned to a receptionist or NA, I was told that it's not that high!!
* At their request, I submitted stool samples and after a month had to call them to see what the results were. They said they would call me ASAP in this regard, and never did.
* I see no evidence of any USA certification for any of the doctors at this location. If they have it, it certainly is not visible in any of the locations I have been in their complex.
