I usually go here for routine blood work, usually an older man does it. Fast, great service, painless, and simple. 5 stars for him. However, I took my daughter in here to get her blood work done. I get it, it’s harder to take a little person’s blood. The girls that helped me, were not friendly, and had an attitude, first girl tied the wrap around my daughter’s arm, tried to look for her vein, couldn’t find it. But, STILL poked her arm and maneuvered the butterfly needle like she was an Ultrasound technician trying to find a fetus. OUCH. Can you imagine Yes, my baby can’t talk yet, but that must’ve hurt. Baby is screaming bloody murder now. And I understand how intimidating that may seem. The second girl tries to help, and they are both arguing about what to do next and to try the other arm, saying they both don’t know how to draw blood from her hand. “You’re just going to have to come back a different day.”
I just told them, it’s okay. We’re just going to leave and find a place that can do babies.

Staff inside this office were nice, but after 1 month Dr. and I are still waiting for them to send results. Impossible to get a human on the phone to ask what happened. Rude billing people just insist that the tests were done. Great that you have nice people inside, but if the company can't actually do the tests within a month I definitely don't recommend. Head over to LabCorp instead.

The sign in kiosk gave option to be texted if I waited outside rather than in the lobby, but I sat in my car for over an hour and never was texted. I had to go back in to ask how much longer the wait would be and was told they called my name in the lobby a long time ago. Please correct that. But the girl doing my lab work was very nice and did an excellent blood draw.

Awful. Arrived at 1100 for employment drug screening. Waited fifteen minutes and then they tell me to come back at 1230. Because they have to go to lunch at 1130. Never going back.

Worst blood draw in over a decade. My arm is bruised where the lady took my blood. If you don't want a painful, bruised arm go elsewhere.
