The simplicity is incredible when dealing with Quantum.

Quantum Medical Supply has been wonderful to work with. I started with my Libre 2 some time ago and Quantum Medical Supply is my supplier for my Sensors. I have them delivered right to my door. They are always on time and I have not had any issues with delivery. Should I have any problems, they are always able to take care of my questions and need. I so appreciate them for full satisfaction. It is so nice to have a reliable company handling something that you must have to survive.

Roy William's the technician who came to my home gets a 5 star rating. The company gets a 1 star. On November 21, 2024. The company failed to send my script for diabetic shoes for approval to concentrate for approval from Florida Blue. It took until February 18, 2025 to finally get this resolved and on February 28. Roy was finally allowed to come to my home to take my measurement for my shoes. This was bad business practice.

Not very well. Quantum asked if I wanted shoes sometime in the fall, and sent me a catalog. Then I never heard from Quantum for months until I called. Then a rep came and took a mold of my feet in November I think. Now it’s been a few more months and guess what… no shoes yet.

I experienced 3 G7 monitors defective in the batch I had received for the month. Each one was difficult to put on and 2 of them caused bruising and bleeding. They only worked correctly for several days , as I checked my glucose levels with my manually. After the third was not working correctly, I phoned and supplied photos . I was instantly sent 3 new replacements. Thank you.

The CGM’s are delivered consistently. Only problem comes when one of the sensors fails to initiate. Then you have to contact the Dexcom people for a replacement. Last time that happened, it took 6 days for a replacement. I think that we should have an “extra” on hand. Very seldom happens. Adhesive has been improved and the additional patch isn’t really needed.

Quantum has been exceptional in providing excellent customer service, from the initial contact continuing through delivery and follow up, excellent service and immediate customer support. All questions answered in a timely manner, supplies are delivered as advertised, on time and quantity is accurate.

We use Quantum Medical Supply for Dexcom G6 sensors & transmitters. They are reliable, always sending the next shipment on time every month. I’ve never had any issues with their service. Any questions are answered timely and professionally when I call customer service. Highly recommend!
