I have recently moved back to Palm Bay. I wanted to reestablish a Primary Doctor. I had been to Quality Medical Clinic while living in Palm Bay a few years ago so I thought this would be pretty simple. I called on a Friday and was,told by Kim she would take my information and the doctors would screen me to see if they would see me. Which I thought was strange . But anyways I had to call her on Tuesday
She made an appointment for me on Wednesday. I drove to the office I had been to before after asking her if she was located in the same office . To find I was in the wrong office. Drove to the other office .Filled out a ton of paper work. Waited on the doctor for him to walk in and say he could not help me. What happened to that screening process that took 3 days
All I wanted to do was establish a Primary Doctor. Talk to him about how I was feeling and continue receiving the medication my previous Primary Doctor had prescribed to me. That seemed to difficult for them.

I just accidentally called the clinic on Babcock and when I realized I'd made the mistake I said I apologize I've called the wrong number and the lady answering the phone straight hung up on me. SO RUDE! I thought your doctor was supposed to be someone you could trust and that was nice. This woman was so angry that i accidentally made her answer the phone imagine if i was there and needed to use the bathroom. She probably would have hit me. THUMBS WAY DOWN LADY!

These people are the rudest I have ever met. All they want is your money and demand blood workup every three months just to renew blood pressure meds. I felt like a bank to them and they seem to only care about money and not their patients. The practical nurse is the worst. I suggest you find someone else.

I was a patient with them for about 5 months and made it clear from day one that the medication I was on was for a good reason and was fully aware of the long term consequences...... when it came time to renew my medication the doctor, instead of doing the prior authorization as required by my insurance, was to lazy to do her job and told her medical assistant to prescribe a different medication with a lower dose, which actually has more severe long term consequences than the medication I was already on........my body, my choice that simple......you work for me...... also I called their when I had come back from vacation because I was sick all vacation and told them this so they brought me in right away, no questions asked...... the doctor took my vitals and based on what I told her prescribed me azithromycin and sent me home.......two hours later all my children who were also sick were diagnosed with COVID-19.......not once did they suggest, or even administer a battery of tests........all she cared about and sent me home with was paperwork for my next blood work.......would not recommend this place to anyone as they are far from Quality medical care and never return calls like they say they are going to and lie and cover up for each other when confronted about things from the desk person to the director.....ALL A BUNCH OF LIARS......you all deserve to be fired.
