I wish I could get this place one star. When I scheduled my husband’s appointment, they told me it was at 3:15 (I had it written down) but when he was on his way there, they said his appointment was at 3 o’clock. My husband gets there. He’s waiting almost 2 hours to be seen for a follow up on his lab when he was about to leave and ask for medical records they told him they didn’t have the medical records when he had his medical procedures done over a month ago. When you call, the receptionist is extremely rude unless you speak Spanish, I will never be going to this place ever again and I would advise you to find someone else as well. They don’t take your care seriously.

this place is amazing! the doctor is really sweet and very funny and caring, the ultrasound technician was very nice and professional. the communication is amazing and everyone there is excellent and very professional.

This is the worst office you can go to. They start with every type of HIPAA violation lawsuit you can imagine. They share all patient information at the front desk. Don't waste time making an appointment, the wait time is always over two hours. They won't let you in with your family member no matter what the situation is. They are very unprofessional. Stay away from this office!

My experience with the Doctor Gabaldon was really good. He is one of the best doctors that I had been. However the office is a mess. I had an appointment to check my results but that never happened. I never received my call back. I recommended to a friend and they gave her appointment to a Sunday. The doctor is amazing but his secretaries are not efficient.

I scheduled an 11:45 appointment and arrived at 11:20 to be sure I had time to fill out new patient papers. It's now 1:00 and I am still waiting. DO NOT go here if you have literally ANYTHING else to do. Such disrespectful scheduling with ZERO regard for a patients time. Would NEVER come here again and only waiting so I don't have to go to a different doctor for script refills.

1:10 - still waiting!!!!
1:20 - still waiting!!!!
1:30 - called me in for BP check and weight, now back in the waiting room at 1:32
1:43 - now I'm in the patient room.
2:02 - finally seeing doctor
2:23 - checking out.
2:40 - just left

The doctor was good. Felt like he was thorough and ordered tests I would want. Fairly empathetic to the wait time, but didn't really seem to care about it. Basically blew off my upset about it.

Desk girl was nice, but needs to communicate wait times better out of respect for patients.

So, I'm sticking with my 1 star review.

Doctor and staff, if you care, please hear my words.

I was at your office for 3 hours and 20 minutes. Total exam time 21 minutes!

If you are going to schedule an 11:45 appointment and make your patients wait while you eat lunch between 12 and 1, let your patients know it's going to be until 1pm before you'll be seen. I would have greatly appreciated that communication but instead I felt ignored and literally like I didn't matter. I would have gone and grabbed some lunch and returned at 1. Still horrible scheduling by you, but certainly a morsel of respect that could have been shown.

The fact that many patients sat for HOURS with me and no attention given to any of us was rude and disrespectful at best.

No matter how good a doctor you are, if that is the way your office treats your patients, none of your skills matter.

HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT GO! I scheduled my appointment for 11am, got here on time and it’s 12:50 and I still haven’t been seen. No one speaks proper English &there’s only one Dr. The front desk girls drink Starbucks and gossip. At 12:30 the receptionist decided to have me fill out new patient paperwork after I was waiting an hour and a half already. I asked her why didn’t I get the paperwork when I signed in &she had no response. EVERYONE WHO CAME AFTER ME SPEAKING SPANISH WAS SEEN BEFORE ME. I WAS THE ONLY BLACK PERSON WAITING. I should’ve known to leave when I walked in. A complete waste of my day

If I could give this fine establishment 10 STARS Believe me when I say that I would. If you are feeling ill look no further this place will treat you like the King/Queen you are. All the staff especially Maria, Carmen and the rest of the staff in this office are full of love for their patients and their Jobs. The Doctor is very kind and takes the time to make you feel welcomed and happy that you made your appointment at their location. Do you and your family a favor and make this your primary Health Center!!!!!!!

Doctor is indifferent and just wants to get you out the door. Didn’t give any attention to my concerns and rushed me out the door. I wanted to talk to him and explain things that I was worried about but he just said I seem fine and go do tests. Paid 80 dollars for maybe 3 mins with him to prescribe me an over the counter medication. I spent more time waiting than seeing him. I thought it was going to be worth the wait. I understand doctors make more money from people that have insurance but it’s not fair to be treated poorly or with less interest just be cause I don’t have insurance. People without insurances health matter too. Go somewhere else and get a Doctor that actually cares about peoples health and not the money.

Appointment was at 10 am and it’s been +2 hrs and they can’t give me my paperwork and prescription.
