They can't keep therapist and the phone always has issues and to top it once you see medication doctor you can't call to get ahold of anyone to fix the issue with medication I've been two months without medication cause no one will call to fix the issue so now I'm going on the third month so I wouldn't recommend this place if you stability by having same therapist and a doctor you can call when having issues this isn't the place for you

I signed my adult son up here and for over a year they administered his once a month shot with no problem. When he needed more help we had an issue with case managers. Then he began having mental episodes and very aggressive attitude. They refused to help him and threw him out. Which confused me somewhat I'm thinking isn't that your focus is to help people with his condition learn to control his behavior.

At first reading the reviews I was very nervous but decided to give them a try. When I first went there I was a wreck but with their help I have become a better me. My therapist is great and really listens to . I'm so thankful for her.

Quality life Center have great staff members. A positive atmosphere. Love it 😁The staffs are always smiling and are very welcominng. The Case managers are very professional and works hard. They care about their clients and their well being. If you want the best services. QLC is the place to be. 😊

The casemangers here have no clue what they are doing. Its blind leading the blind. They don't have the common since father god gave them . Plain stupid . I wanna ring there neck especially given the fact they played with my money .

TERRIBLE PLACE... ever had a psychiatrist call you out your name and keep his job? No? Well you’ll find that at quality life center. A million thumbs down!!!

We're starting a work crew thing at clay and there not giving us are pay checks after we already have them. Don't send your people there for the day program.

Poorly managed company facility is nasty smells bad lack of control of clients they should not be in business closing down locations shows you not in financial control won't be long before they
close completely
