This place is awesome!!! The staff and providers are all welcoming, excellent, caring and kind. I hate needles but my provider was calming and she got that thing quickly and as painlessly as possible. (I’m sorry but I don’t remember her name…I blame the Alzheimer’s). Having the availability of snacks, soft drinks, and coffee was also great! The room where I had the infusion was lovely. The chair was a comfortable recliner. If I had to have an infusion, I can’t imagine a better place! Thank you, Pure Infusion Suites.

The staff here is amazing! They are all so nice and caring. They make me feel so welcomed and appreciated every visit. The suites are very comfortable and relaxing. And the snacks and drinks are a welcome surprise!

When initial scrip was filled, was informed this vendor had run the charges thru our insurance plan and quoted me an amount that was owed, and that it was paid in full.
Less than 2 weeks later, we received a bill for $20.00. Called the pharmacist and she took care of the billing discrepancy.

located 28 miles from home and not knowing what traffic would be like, I left earlier than usual for my upcoming 6-month visit to Pure Infusion Suites and arrived well before my appointment time. Once there I was pleasantly surprised to be processed in for my treatment very soon after arriving. The staff was very friendly and supportive. I was escorted to a comfortable room where, shortly thereafter a staff member administered the injection of medication. Within minutes thereafter I was on my way home. I accidentally came a day early for my appointment. The staff welcomed me offering water and coffee while assuring me that they would fit me into the schedule. I waited a short while before they took me to a treatment room. After a 15 minute wait the nurse came in to check my vitals and give me my injection. After 5 minutes she was finished and sent me on my way. I am so grateful for their kindness and flexibility.

Very good. They need to hire more staff and get more space to handle the amount of patients that are going there. The nurses are great and Kathy and Kelly do a great job. Kathy is always upbeat! Dr. Mannell is very good.

For the past 6 months or so since I switched to them, they were great. However, they canceled appt without any conversation to be had when my daughter is already past her 6 weeks mark. They stated insurance had not approved yet. Here is the thing, my daughters infusion was due 2 weeks ago, if there was a problem it should not have waited til the last minute. I switched to them because I was told they were not like that. At least IVX waited til they couldn't wait any more before canceling. Gave me no opportunity to speak with insurance companies or them to see what the problem is and which insurance company the problem is with. I called one of the insurance company and the approval was through 9/2025. Pure infusion gave no details of the problem or who the problem was with and waited til last minute til the Friday before to let us know. I had to call 2nd insurance company to find out what the hold up was. It takes 10 days after an authorization is requested, which meant the authorization was done late! That is unacceptable! You knew this Monday, Tuesday, Wed, and Thursday and yet nothing til Friday before my daughter's infusion. Considering taking my daughters back to IVX health after authorization expires. No escalated calls to insurance company. No return calls to me. Very upset by this!

Update: I have spoken to Pure Infusion and they will be taking the hit to get my girls in if one of the insurance does not pay. They have stated that the feedback of authorizations should be requested at least 21 days in advance of expiration, because insurance co sometimes take that long to approve, will be given to higher ups. However, I dont know if changes will happen. Here is to hope for better!
Otherwise, the employees and nurses are great, wonderful, and always kind! I don't want to have to move my daughters again!
