My mothers nurse Mimi, Brad with PT, and Russ the PA were all phenomenal! They not only helped my mother heal from her wounds but were attentive to our families needs as well. They helped us navigate the medical system, exceeded all of our expectations, answered calls and texts promptly, and most importantly, got Mom on her feet again. Excellent follow-up right from the start. The PT, Brad, was kind and informative. Russ, the PTA, was so knowledgeable and caring. He "encouraged," rather than "pushed" me to perform the exercises that needed to be done after my knee replacement. By the time I was able to graduate to outpatient care, I was fully prepared to have a successful experience.

This company is absolutely top notch! Not only did I have the pleasure of meeting with the owners, who have a clear passion for the mission of their business, but the in home nurses are absolutely AMAZING!

My grandfather has had a difficult year with serious knee and walking issues. He was initially not overly receptive to in home care/PT, but could not say enough good things about the staff. He’s almost 90, and can talk anyones ear off. The nurses were kind, patient, and genuinely cared about improving his situation.

I cannot thank this team enough for what they have done and would recommend them to absolutely anyone in need of home care assistance.

Every single worker that has come to my house or that I've talked to for my grandma's care, has been so nice and incredibly patient with my gazillion questions. They made the transition of my grandma moving in with me so much easier!

My favorite part has been, if you have more than 1 type of help (OT, PT, nurse, etc), they are excellent at communicating with each other so I don't have to repeat info at each appt. It was such a relief they coordinated & shared important info/ events amongst themselves. One less thing for me to worry about!

My Family has used Pure Home Health Care for my father who has ALS. Pure has the most competent and compassionate nurses and therapists that you could ask for. ALS is a death sentence but with the nurses and therapists spending time with my parents it has given us hope that at least my dad‘s quality of life will be improved. If you want quality personal attention I would definitely choose Pure over any of the bigger agencies. The compassionate nature starts from the top down.

My therapist (JM) is great to work with, I had full knee replacement with Dr.Hedlund on March 1 And have been working with Jay three days a week To get my right knee back to normal. Prior to him coming the day after I had surgery I was unable to get out of bed without serious pain. I did therapy with him on Tuesday, March 2 for the first time and after therapy he had left and I was so excited that I was able to get out of bed and walk around a little with my Walker freely and little pain it was like my muscle was strong enough for me to be able to do that. He pushes you instead of letting you Give up makes you want to reach your ultimate goal. I highly recommend him and I know I always will keep his name in my contacts after we’re done with therapy as if I’m in need for another therapist I want him first. Thanks, Dianna Carter
