Definitely not urgent. I called 20 times when the business opened and no one answered the phone. I called so much I had time to shower and drive down to the center, while still calling. After arriving, there was no one talking to the clerks and phone was still ringing (because I was still calling, they just completely ignore the phone) . I was informed that they had no available appointments until an hour and 40 minutes later. So I made the appointment and showered up 10 minutes early. I then proceeded to wait another 40 minutes to be helped.

Edit: I’m still waiting, an hour later. I wish I could give this zero stars.

I went to this clinic today for workers comp and the receptionist was very welcoming and nice. There is lots of paperwork for a initial visit which includes medical history and family history, make sure you read everything because they will try to charge you out of pocket for certain things. I got brought into the room by a medical assistant and then took a drug test sense my work required that. Once I got done passing my drug test I went back to the room where I heard the medical assistant Chenese and someone else talking about me and laughing about my medical history. They were talking crap and making jokes out of the reason I was there. She talked about all the boxes I checked and saying that’s probably why this and that is happening in a disrespectful way. Am I supposed to lie or something on the paperwork? Even making fun of me to her coworker when I told her I forget to take my medication. The clinic seriously needs to upgrade some of their staff. The disrespect is insane including when they talked about my medical information when everyone can hear them. The fact that I was initially there for hearing loss and I could still hear them in the back of the building means they weren’t trying to be quite. The workers comp supervisor had a great attitude and was overall very helpful, I don’t remember her name.

Best urgent care we’ve ever had! Brought in my 23 month old daughter for heavy coughing, fever, runny nose and lethargic symptoms. Richard Caylar was our physician and absolutely wonderful. He was very helpful and we highly recommend pulse! We were also seen within 10 minutes during busy hours!

Not even sure they deserve one star.. Husband was there at 9 am when they opened. Pulled ham string. Was there till 12 pm. They were supposed to call in Rx. We called several times, but they never called rx. Sat night. Pharmacy not open tomorrow.

To spare everyone a super long review I will try to keep it short. The only reason this review deserves 2 stars is because the receptionist is super friendly and the wait was very short. Mary Paradis the provider is possibly the worst medical provider I have encountered in my life. I have a birth defect that has contributed to constant sinus infections. Since I just moved to Redding I don’t have a primary care provider as of yet so I chose to go to Pulse in Redding. She barely gave me five minutes of her time, stood five feet from me and continued to “educate me” on preventing sinus infections. I was so furious that she knew nothing about my history, asked me zero questions and just prescribed me the antibiotics and steroid. If I hadn’t been in such intense amount of pain I would have gave her an earful. Oh and best part, she didn’t even send in my prescriptions until the following morning, when my appt was at 4pm the day prior, plenty of time to get my script to the pharmacy before closing. I had to spend another night with restless sleep. Do better Mary. Unless you have no other options, stay away from this place.

Worst experience ever!
I wished I read the reviews of their past patient!
You can tell that the provider is prideful in her answers and will ask you back the same question. I ask question before in other clinics and they didn't give that answer with a hint of insult. Geees.
I will never ever go back to that place. I will never recommend that place at all

She brags about herself. Unprofessional behavior. bullying, and talks too much. Kept other patients waiting too long. The medication did nothing. She stated a list of problems and a disease that I did not have. back problem I did not have.

This was my first time at this clinic. It was clean and the staff were professional and friendly. I booked my appointment online and provided all my information and documents. The site was extremely easy to use. Once I arrived, I waited maybe 5 minutes and was admitted to a room. The doctor was great and everything went smoothly and I was very happy with the service.
