5 stars on everything!! Super clean and tidy store. Loved to see all the shelves faced up beautifully. Staff were super helpful and friendly. All staff should be proud of themselves!!
And a big thank you to the elderly gentleman in the car park, who took my trolley back for me! 👍

Pretty disappointed. I come here on occasion to get produce, shop deals, and baked goods usually for special holidays.
I came in store a week in advance to order a custom mini cake for my daughter’s birthday, called a few days later because I was quoted $15 but on my order form it said $15 then said $25 below that which obviously was more than I was quoted. So I call to clarify only for them to tell me they don’t have any order form for my daughter’s cake. (As I’m literally holding my copy their employee gave me). Blamed it on there being a new girl, when there should’ve just been accountability taken for the order missing in the first place. Someone who’s new shouldn’t be taking orders by themselves if they aren’t fully trained imo. The lady working when I called took my order (again) over the phone and told me they’d make sure it was ready at the promised time, which she was very nice. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars. Had I not called to clarify my order, my daughter wouldn’t have had her birthday cake I ordered in advance. I probably won’t be ordering from this bakery moving forward. Seems to be unorganized and lacks communication amongst staff.

Wow! I had thought Publix was too good for negative interactions and it just shows how naive I was. Of course, my previous interactions in the store did not deal with those behind the Customer Service (or lack thereof) desk. I would have thought those employees would have presented themselves in a much more positive manner. So disappointed to be treated so poorly..... needless to say I will not be shopping here for some time!

Very clean and crisp store. Publix has an easy layout to follow which adds to and supports the catch phrase, "where shopping is a pleasure".

Customer service at Publix is top of the grocery game and hasn't changed since I was a kid.

Today I tried a sample of Publix sour dough bread and I was sold on it. When I saw it was offered as a whole unsliced loaf, the associate walked me to the bakery where they sliced the loaf and bagged it no additional cost.

And of an course, can't forget that Publix makes the best subs and have the coolest scales ever.

Deli in the evenings is horrible. The poor customer service is what stands out for me. It's a shame because that's pretty much what Publix has going for them (chicken & subs) ... the rest of the store is awesome. that's where the 3 stars come in . I hate to give 3 stars, but Publix is known for outstanding customer service & when you get less than that, it makes you question why you are paying higher prices? For that much, I should have gone down the street and paid less.

love this store however I was shocked the other day (having never received poor service at ANY publix )but Sam the cashier was very rude…probably isn’t the best option for working up front. I was patient while Sam and Richard figured out if two items in my cart were BOGO . the cashier sam was very annoyed about this and also sighed and rolled his eyes when I told him I changed my mind on purchasing an item . Richard however , was polite and gave good service the entire time .

Got some good deals on standing rib roast 6 99 a lb. Cut them into beautiful steaks. Will be back if they have another sale on meat!
