Lisa is EXTREMELY rude! I have never met anyone in my life who would speak to any customer like they’re beneath them! At the end of the day, I get it, you work retail, it’s tough, it’s hard, people are people and get annoying, but don’t take it out on someone who needed assistance and asked for some help. Whatever you’re going through girl, I hope you get through it, but DO better!

Ashley in the pharmacy was the absolute rudest employee I have ever encountered in a Publix. She kept cutting me off, wouldn’t let me explain the question I was asking and in general was completely dismissive in letting me talk at all. I ended up telling her myself you arnt understanding my question. Grabbed what the pharmacist had filled and walked away. I’ll be calling to speak with the pharmacy manager in the morning to see if I can get any clarifications with my prescription and to file a complaint.

The individuals that work the service desk are awesome except for one person, she just doesn't come across as friendly and professional as all the others. She's slightly rude and bossy. Maybe a simple talk from management asking her to be like the others would definitely make this a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ PUBLIX.

I would be Very disappointed if Publix would be in disarray. That is not the case. You can count on Publix's cleanliness, and a friendly helping staff. Love their Organic products, and the fact that they carry nothing, but the best for their clientele. There is room for what I would call improvement....but for now, Thank you Publix!

It so cool to come around holidays and at the local Oakleaf Common store in Florida they are so festive and always so helpful. Waiting to see what they do for next holiday
