Please do better publix time is 7pm there is 2 registers open. I don't come into Publix to pay premium prices to ring up my own stuff on a self-service checkout. No one should you should guys just take the self Check out out and hire more people. God knows you guys make enough money.

Publix at Hills Crossing will always be my place to shop. All are friendly but most important is the “Pharmacy Department “! “Roy” knows what he is doing. He saves me money on my prescriptions and knows my “medications”. He treats me like a “friend” am so appreciative of that. He is a great person to work with. Knowledgeable, interested in helping and makes picking up prescriptions a JOY. I really like his “friendly service “! Roy, So much Gratitude! Thank You!

Excellent help at the meat and fish counter, and service in general throughout the store. We found all items easily after making our lists on the app. The store was clean and all products we needed were in stock. Enjoy shopping in this store that still provides hand sanitizer and wipes to clean the carts before use.

I was there last week to pick up my prescriptions, which were not ready yet. I called an hour later, and a very nice young lady named Kareen answered the phone and told me that one of my prescriptions needed further approval from my insurance. I told her I was leaving on a trip and that I was willing just to pay full price and work it out with the insurance later. Not only did she fill my prescription, but she also helped me get a discount, which was a wonderful surprise and went a step beyond just customer service. When I got to Publix to pick up my prescription, I was met by Roy, and he too knew the situation and found another discount to bring my total to what it would have cost me if my insurance had covered it. I believe these are two great employees helping the customer get the best service they could possibly get. Every time I go in there now, they call me by name, and I call them by name. For being a large chain, it almost feels like a small-town feeling. Thank you, Publix, for finding the best employees in the industry.

Beautiful store! Friendly staff! Huge selection with an upstairs dining area. We got fresh sliced hot sourdough bread from the bakery. It was still warm and steaming in the bag. Incredibly soft and delicious!!

Big thanks to Brian tonight for stopping what he was doing and checking in the back to find some BOGO chips my girls wanted that weren't in the shelves. I purchased extra just because he went out of his way to find and bring out a box. I work at a customer service related job, it’s a big deal to me. Thanks Brian.

Absolutely love this store! I love in groveland and drive to this publix because it's so great. Their prepared foods counters are the best we've been to. Great selection of sushi! Very very clean store with plenty of staff. Staff is helpful and friendly as usual. Great selection of items to choose from.
