Julie is an awesome. Leaving to go out of town for 9 days and was able to fill a prescription last minute. The chelsea location refused to offer any suggestions on where to get it filled or when they just said check back tomorrow but I’m leaving (10 years working with chelsea location I was really surprised by their response and tone) lucky for me my wife and 3 kids Julie saved the day!!! Thanks again you’re the best.

The Publix pharmacy employees at this location are always friendly and suggest ways to save whenever it's feasible. The app makes it easy to manage refills and know when the medicine is ready for pickup, and if you're in a hurry, this location offers a drive through service.

I really appreciate the people at this pharmacy especially the Assistant Pharmacy Manager Haley and another associate named Taylor. Both of them went out of their way today in helping me with a complicated insurance issue. They worked on it until my copays were straightened out. I highly recommend these guys!.

Don't ask them when your prescription will be ready. It just makes them go really slow.
Update-11/22/2023-It is ridiculous how long it takes this pharmacy to get a prescription ready. Over 12 hours to get a prescription ready. Luckily, it isn't life or death.

Publix is a great company that offers amazing customer service and value to their locales. It is a shame that this branch, the pharmacy in particular, has managed to get away with such horrendous treatment of their patients for so long...
