I’m so thankful for this pharmacy. Pharmacist Leanne is so kind and thoughtful. The staff is friendly. I often have complex questions and always feel welcome to ask the questions. Prescriptions are filled quickly and the hours are reasonable. The drive through is convenient. Pharmacists have a lot of great information. I see them as part of my health care team.

The Pharmacy staff and management are always friendly to myself and my kids! They also are very knowledgeable of all medications so that's a blessing when I ask them about dosage information for my family's medications! MY #1 favorite Pharmacy location!

The past 2-3 times I have been in, I have waited 20+ minutes just to drop off a prescription & then feel rushed by the pharmacy or tech with no smile or customer service. They always tell me it will take 30 minutes to an hour to fill a prescription, so customers should plan accordingly. Then, you'll have to wait another 20+ minutes to get someone to check you out once you've waited to get it filled Today when we dropped off 2 prescriptions, they told us it would take an hour minimum to get it filled. When my husband returned an hour later to pick up, they informed him they were out of one & could not fill. They also told him he could not have his paper prescription back to get it filled elsewhere. They said he would need to go back to the doctor to get another. After he returned & explained to me, I called to question them about getting the prescription back & they said I could make another trip back up there to retrieve it. This whole ordeal was about 3 hours of our day without getting the prescriptions we came in for. We got no apology. I understand that sometimes people are short staffed or medicines are out of stock, but it is a negative experience each time I go in, so I will not be giving them any more chances to make my days more challenging. They do not seem to follow the Publix customer service model & you feel frustrated when you leave there. Please don't waste your time.

Cal really helped me with a medication I was trying to get approved by my insurance company. He recommended a sister medication and my doctor approved. I was finally able to get what I needed at seriously reduced price. Cal thanks for going the extra mile.

Let me just preface this review by saying that I have been using this pharmacy for almost a decade now simply because I shop there on a weekly basis.

I will also say that the pharmacist/pharmacy technicians are typically very courteous.

But let me tell you, even if you dropped off your prescription during during the life of Christ, I can assure you it will not be ready when you come to pick it up.

This pharmacy seems to only fill prescriptions as you wait, so go ahead and carve 30 minutes out of your day to wait aimlessly while they fill your prescription.

Shout out to Cal, pharmacist. We want to pick up my little girls ear drops and they were over $100 (thanks United healthcare ?). He worked at getting them under $100 and saved me alot of I necessary money. I’ve never had a pharmacist be so caring. My daughter needed the steroid in the ear drop to soothe ear irritated ear and there’s no other drop or generic like this one and he made it happen and she’s resting peacefully now.

Consistently never give enough medicine for antibiotic liquid (for infant). Have asked about it twice in the past. Today was the last straw.. He told me he had had two days worth and it was strong so no need to give him the next 3 days worth... I would be fine... Needless to say I argued that point. Then he suggested I add water and dilute it.. . Look I get it, you got a dose size you have to give. But if it is a thicker liquid and it sticks to the bottle there simply isn't enough to fulfill the directions of the prescription. Most pharmacy's realize this and give a little more to compensate for loss (not to mention this is being given to a 1 year old, God forbid he spit out a little). This pharmacy simply will not budge and the pharmacist insisted that I live with it, even though there literally isn't enough. I will be changing pharmacy's.
Update: My child's doctor agreed with me, there was not enough in the bottle to carry out the recommended dosage. So he wrote me another prescription. I went back to the Publix Pharmacy and they said insurance would not cover it this time so I had to pay full price even though they didn't give me enough in the first place.....
This will conclude my business with this establishment. Not only were they unsympathetic to their fault but gave me negligent if not outright dangerous advice. My child's health and his prescription dosage is not something I am willing to undermine.
