I can't say enough good things about the pharmacists at Tattersall Publix! They are so friendly, helpful, and professional. Just moved to the area and this pharmacy is by far one of the BEST I’ve ever filled my medications with (not to mention I can get a delicious pub sub and shop while waiting on my meds). The pharmacist on duty was very professional and helpful when I needed to find a specific brand of a medication and had it ready for me in no time! Absolutely love the staff here and I will continue my business with them for as long as I live in this area!!

This is by far the worst pharmacy that I have ever used. My doctor called in meds and they did not fill until I called to ask them the status. I walked in previously to get antibiotics filled for my kid and was told to shop and it would be ready. I shopped and came back and was told the pharmacist was at lunch. I called recently after waiting 3 days and they said they were waiting on a PA for a generic and it will be 5 business days. My insurance doesn’t require a PA for the specific drug. It is always a different excuse.

Publix pharmacy has always given me the best customer service and stayed on top of my prescriptions. I was so upset when my insurance recently required me to switch to CVS. It’s been a night and day difference… I miss the friendly service and the dedication from Publix pharmacy!

I’ve been calling the pharmacy 4 days about a prescription needing a PA. They told me it wasn’t cleared and takes 3-4 days typically. I called the insurance today they said it had been authorized/approved since the second day of me calling the pharmacy and no one has attempted to run the prescription through since then. So everytime I called, they were just saying it needed a PA and not even trying to verify anything. My child has been without her meds 5 days

The pharmacy techs don’t help customers find the drug when they don’t have it on hand. Turns out the pharmacist has even less customer service skills. To be blunt, she’s incredibly arrogant and rude. They should fire her! I’ve used Publix pharmacies in 4 different locations/states and this one is by far the worst. Go somewhere and spend your money where they actually care.
