Worst pharmacy I've experienced.

I was shocked to see all the negative reviews for this location. The pharmacists and their assistants are all friendly, professional, and more than competent, and they've gone out of their way to accommodate my needs more than once. They all know me by name (so I assume that the same is true for all their regular customers) and often wave hello if I'm passing by the counter on my way to another part of the store. I don't love Publix in general, but I think this pharmacy is fantastic.

Oh but wait until you have a conversation with Vanessa. She listens to respond. Only. She repeats the same answer two or three times and your issue remains without resolve. I've dealt with this on a few occasions.
The best part is when you go in to pickup your prescriptions and she laughs at you with her coworker. Her coworker had enough sense to know that I heard Vanessa and she ignored her (as I was standing only a few feet away). The two ladies that run the pharmacy either do not see this behavior, or they turn a blind eye. Alex is amazing. He is probably the best one there. He tries and it shows, which is amazing since he is younger than most of the pharmacy staff. Goodbye Stoneybrook Publix pharmacy... So glad to be rid of this headache.

Far and away the worst Publix pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. Others have warned me about it, but I had no choice but to order my medication here due to travel. Biggest mistake. They’ve failed to have a medication they said would take 1 hour for 2 days now, and keep insisting that it’s my fault for not making it clear enough. Order anywhere but here.

Do your business elsewhere! The pharmacist's are on a power trip, instead of filling prescription and doing their job title. (Filling prescription, as the doctor orders!) They take it upon themselves as to how and when your prescription is going to be filled! And make snide comments, and even lie about insurance claims! Really tired of this nonsense too bad it's conveniently close, but, I'll drive 10 more miles for better service! You should too!!

Unhelpful and over-priced.i switched my insulin from Publix to Another pharmacy cause they were over 2 times more expensive. Pharmacist really didn't seem to care about any of my prescriptions. and I am still waiting on 1 more.

No lines for Covid Shots, nobody waiting. I ask if I can get a flu shot and they say no I have to make an appointment. Called another Publix Sorrento Hills. They said no appt. Needed for Flu shot. So I had to drive across town because they were too lazy to give me a shot that takes 5 minutes of time.

Don’t even know why I came back to this Publix in general lmfao. The pharmacy tech pretends to be blind, sees me standing waiting to drop off rx, after she literally steps out to help previous customer and clearly sees me waiting once again… she just walks away like nothing, I know you don’t get paid enough girl lol. I was helped after that by pharmacist who was actually very helpful.
