The world's laziest pharmacy. They never called to let me know there was an issue with my time sensitive prescription. When I came to pick it up I had to tell them how to to trouble shoot (call the Dr and ask if a substitute is okay). They took over two days - never followed up and caused my symptoms to worsen. Ended up requesting my prescription to be filled at another location.

This location should be ashamed of themselves.

Hands down my favorite pharmacy and happy I started using this location since moving to land O lakes. I live 3 minutes from another publix but prefer to go out of my way to this location. I absolutely love Diana the pharmacist. I have worked in pharmacy for over 8 years so when it comes to customer service I am picky, since I no longer work at a retail pharmacy it was important to find one I connected well with. She has been amazing with my daughter’s medications and if there is an issue with insurance or out of stock they personally call me to let me know instead of a recording. If you are looking for a great place to pick up your medications this is the location! I also just got my first dose of COVID19 vaccine and Diana was wonderful administering that as well. Keep up the great work!

Terrible pharmacy. If there are any issues with your meds, do not count on them to notify you of any issues. Both managers on staff never notified me of a discrepancy nor had text messaged me at this point. I came back the following day for pickup and they were not able to fill my prescription due to a discrepancy. This has happened 2 months in a row. They are not busy yet don’t have time to address important issues. Avoid the pharmacist Vhidi; she is not happy nor good at her job.

UPDATE: The Pharmacist is no longer working for this Pharmacy. It was for the best.

Please keep a eye out on your account if you prepay for your medicine, I was double charged. They did resolve the problem but it was a headache and a inconvenience to me and I was out the money until it came back onto my card. I live paycheck to paycheck to every cent counts. Now I have to cancel my doctor's apt because I don't have the copay and have to wait until the money is back on my card. To go to the doctor. Please be careful and double check everything.

Great service from the customer service! Jill really helped me order an anniversary cake I needed last minute. She was enthusiastic and very friendly! She suggested Charli to make my cake and it was beautiful and delicious! Thank you soo much!!

Diana and Rasheeda were extremely professional and friendly. We have been here few times and even got our shot by Diana. It has been a great experience ever time we have visited.
