Refilled my prescriptions on the app for same day pickup. Two days later still in pending to fill. My husbands very common blood pressure medicine yet again had to be ordered. It just shouldn't take this long to get very common meds.

For the most part the pharmacy staff are less then pleasant to talk to. But they almost always have my meds and are willing to use the savings cards. There is one guy who works there who is very rude. When Im in line and he calls next I always let the person behind me go. I cant stand him. Some of the women are unpleasant too but not as bad as him.

Kim is amazing! She stayed open when I was running late just so I could pick up my medication. Not a lot of people do that and or show that kind of kindness these days. So appreciate! Thank you Kim!

Extremely rude and condescending! Went to get my prescriptions filled, and they still were't ready after 6 hrs! When I inquired as to when the would be ready, I got sarcastic snarky remarks from the pharmacist! The older lady who is a tech, also a Karen!!!! Here's a thought, when someone is ill, try to have empathy! If you hate your job or your employer, you need to find a different line of work!!!
If this happens again, my next stop will be corporate!

They take forever to fill your prescription, I don't know why. I used to take my script to Littles Drug, and they would literally have me in and out in about 15-20 minutes. These people take my script and ALWAYS want to give it to me the next day. Also want to make note one time I brought my script in there and the dude took it got this really weird look on his face, like I handed him a prescription for Crack or something. It was strange. Bottomline they could be more personable and courteous. And not require you to wait obscene amounts of time to go grab something from the back, there really is no excuse for the wait times.

Wonderful staff. While evacuating from South Florida and driving north, realized my mom forgot her insulin. Had to get it refilled, but difficult due to different pharmacy and my mom forgetting her insurance card. Pharmacist and technician went above and beyond to help us figure it out and quickly. Thank you so much!!
