Good customer service at this pharmacy is certainly not important. A young female tech was laughing to an older female tech while I was inquiring about my prescriptions. It's very hard to believe this store is in Hoover and they act so untrained as if they work in the wild, wild west

Doctor sent the prescription on Friday and Monday after 6 pm it still hasn't been filled. This happens more often than not at this pharmacy.

Since the CVS closed on Morgan Rd, I transferred my prescriptions to this new Publix. My first experience picking up my meds, thought slow to refill, was fine. This second time, I was on hold for 49 mins before calling from my cell phone and getting someone answer, while still on hold on my home phone. She explained that they had been very busy?! I don't have this kind of patience. I will give them one more try. If this happens again there are too many other choices.

When the Publix at Morgan Road Plaza opened this summer, my mother had her prescriptions transferred to their pharmacy since it's located less than five miles from her house. The associates have been very accommodating and friendly and the prices are really competitive. Also, the pharmacist is thorough and has a very caring demeanor. I am definitely pleased with the service we've been receiving from Publix Pharmacy and I highly recommend them!
