Wouldn’t waste your time with this crappy pharmacy. Said I was drug seeking when my mother, who is on hospice and dying, needed her medication. Russel can kindly go shove it. The hospice company and biller allowed for the medication to be picked up 2 days early, but my “story is sketchy.” As a mental health therapist and past substance abuse counselor that’s very insulting.

I will always remember the amazing pharmacist who helped me. Being on the medication I am on is not easy. I have been so for 10 + years and it is a schedule 2 or 3 I believe so if I realized or thought some were missing it would be hard to get fixed with most places. This woman literally as soon as I called counter her meds and did inventory and had the remainder of my meds filled and ready the second I got up there which was a week past when I filled it. I commend her for her amazing work and being an amazing, hardworking, honest, and caring person. Didn’t get your name but Publix should recognize you for you being one of the best all around pharmacists in this state. You never once judged me due to the stigma attached to this medication. You just did your job and treated me with respect. I can’t thank you enough for that!!!!!

The people are nice, but this one of the most frustrating pharmacy’s I have been to. If there is a problem with a prescription or a refill, they will not let you know unless you contact them. I was 1 day away from running out of my prescription. I had dropped it off the week before. Called 4 days later to find out what was going on, said it would be ready the next day because they had run out of it. It was not. Gave them an extra day. Called again, then they said there was a problem with insurance filling it. I ended up transferring all my meds to another place now.
