Kelly is amazing! She is knowledgeable and supportive. She is firm and consistent with a dose of fun! There have been other places I have been for PT that I didn’t continue going to because I didn’t feel like a priority. I don’t feel that way with PT Solutions - Chamblee. In fact I enjoy going to my appointments and feel that I am making great progress in my recovery.

Everyone here was extremely professional, nice to work with, and very friendly. For the longest time I found myself simply living with my pain in my legs, shoulders, and neck and ended up being recommend to work with a physical therapist to try and help. After working with Dr Kelly during my time there I can finally say that I am pain free and actually able to enjoy doing more physical activities without worrying about being laid out for a week afterwards. She was an extremely helpful guide in achieving this and a wonderful motivator. I am very grateful to her and her team for all they have done for me.

Dr Kelly Taylor was awesome. Very thorough in her care and diagnosis of my condition. After excessing the state of my recovery of my knee replacement, she taught in detail how to do the exercises for me to do on my own. Dr Taylor was personable and honest. She gave me some tough love to set me on the best course for my recovery. Best physical therapist I have ever had after my past 5 surgeries on my knees.

Deceptive billing practices, stay far away. My wife went here for foot therapy, she was told the initial eval would be $482 and then another $482 for up to six visits. This was steep but we decided to go ahead. She was then billed $482 PER visit for four visits for a total of $2000. These were 15 minute visits, one of which they tried to pawn her off to a student. When we called the front desk, we were told “oh yes, that can be confusing but we are told to explain it that way.” Now staff and manager say there’s nothing they can do, and hospital billing department (Wellstar Windy Hill) says the same. Be very aware of how you will be treated here and realize this is considered a hospital facility which means they can charge almost $500 for a 15 minute visit.

Honestly, I could not have hoped for a better experience than what I've had with PT Solutions of Chamblee. Kelly was patient, thorough, and supportive through the whole process. Everyone on staff was friendly and just fantastic.
I was able to recover from an injury after someone crashed into me relatively quickly with the regimen Kelly had me do.
This is absolutely the best team here.

Dr. Taylor is extremely kind and a sincere professional. She is well versed in current research for a holistic approach towards your care. She will challenge you to grow and improve and offer gentle corrections and help with body positioning when nessissary. If you need an excellent physical therapist, look no further. Be honest and consistent, and you will see growth. Her admin staff, Heather, is friendly and consistent as well, so if you need to reschedule or make an appointment, know you are in good care.

Edit 9/11 2023 - I have continued to improve with the guidance and still experiance none of the chronic pain I was experiencing before, I was running at a 6 min mile pace and have improved my aductors and hip flexor, I was a 30 pounds with much less flexibility 6 months ago and now the Edit is at the planet fitness I was training at.
