Unprofessional and IRRESPONSIBLE! After waiting for the appointment for over a week, they canceled on the day of my appointment. They tried to make me talk to a nurse instead and when I explained my situation the lady put me on hold for over 25 minutes. After calling back and waiting for more 15 minutes another person said my refund was made. Now, how does that help someone who needs help? Dr. Carlos Torellas should know better that a patient comes to him looking to be heard and helped, not to be hanged on the phone and being treated like nothing. Don’t even loose your time! NO ONE CARES!

This facility is by far the worst one I ever experienced. From the none organization to the sorry workers. The front desk people are very unprofessional and uneducated. From the time my kids started here about three months ago Fred was their therapist. The absolute worst. He had me coming up here after just to not even speak to my children. I immediately told their psychiatrist and stop their visits. Then their psychiatrist puts them on medication that could ever be refilled properly and the front desk couldn’t ever help with. Spoke with the so call owner who wasn’t any better. Overall if I could give them a 0 I would. So much time wasted with this place. Nothing but people committing insurance fraud here. Don’t waste your time by coming.

The owner only is concern about money. Rude and have no regards for patients with mental illnesses.The patient Telehealth appointment was missed after trying to connect with the doctor several times. The owner Ricky charged a missed appointment fee and decided not to give the patient their medication and stated the patient can not be seen. Due to this missed telehealth appointment and connection issues.

They have been a great help to me by giving me access my psychiatrist for many years and have upgraded to zoom which allows me to stay home and have my appointment with my doctor. I'm greatful.

I can now see why this place has 2 stars. Super unprofessional. My stepson has had about 7-8 visits now and nothing has been accomplished. Mr. Fred has not suggested anything for any of the issues he is having. He has told him some really concerning stuff and nothing has been done. He is more concerned on building his confidence than addressing the problems.

When my husband decided to cancel his appointment and politely tell him that he doesn’t think that there has been any progress and thinks it wasn’t the best fit for HIS son, Mr. Fred let his emotions get the best of him and told my husband he needed professional help. Amongst other things that made absolutely no sense. We will be contacting his boss-but considering how awful these reviews are I’m assuming nothing will be done.

I will say he was always on time for his appointments and was very adamant about you being at every appointment. I can now see his intention wasn’t to help my stepson, but to collect his paycheck. Very disappointed in you Mr. Fred. Shame on you.

So scheduled my follow up apt for today at 1130. Go to log in and the link is invalid. Call the facility and I'm advised I have an outstanding bill. I said when I scheduled the apt last week, the girl said I didn't have one. I also told them I never got anything in the mail. He said we text it this morning. I said well I didn't get it. So they cancelled my apt for today bc they sent a bill today. And even better, he reads back where they text it. It was not my phone number. He then says he can reschedule me as the Dr left for the day.I asked if I was going to be paid a no show fee.... Needless to say I called my PCP and will have a new referral sent to a better place. Also, it's 1159 and they haven't text my bill yet. Hopefully my info was not compromised.

I see Dr Sivanta Paul. He is the most caring provider I have ever seen. He seen I was depressed when no one else around me noticed or cared. He has taken the time to make sure I got the help I needed and has been a huge asset to my improving mental health. He always is very kind talking to my children when they are around. He is very relatable and I would recommend him to anyone. I’m so thankful that PSI chose Dr Paul for me.

No wonder they have a 2 star review. Did intake, the lady on the zoom intake was super nice. Though I call to make my appointment the lady hangs up on me. I call back and the "owner" answers the phone said his name is Wallace, refuses to give me the name of the woman who answered my call. I explained she hung up he asked what I needed. I said I need her name to make a complaint. He said we have an appointment for you is there anything else. I replied yes for your employees to be help accountable for being unprofessional. Go elsewhere. Far away from this place. My heart goes out to those whom have mental health issues and are treated like second class citizens.
