The facility is VERY NICE. I really love it here! Everyone here has treated me well. I would like to give a special thanks to Yolanda. She is a really nice person. She takes really good care of me. She's right on it! Yolanda, YOU are appreciated! I would recommend anyone to be admitted here for short term or long term stay!

My Mom needed care after her hospital stay, and I have to say that Niki was great. She was
welcoming, warm, and attentive to her needs.
Niki is always upbeat and takes care of her patients, and that says a lot about her character and devotion. Always a smile and a warm heart. This facility is better having a bright light like her. Thank you, Niki!!

It's not easy caring for people in need, and although no facility is perfect, they care. If I had an issue, I brought it to the staff, and the concern was addressed.

I had the most wonderful experience with Pruitt help of Santa Rosa County. I was there about 3 weeks from March 4th on until just a few days ago I was treated with the utmost respect. It was very obvious to me that the nurses really cared there's a couple of names that I'd like to put in as really helped me out. One of them stayed with Harley. There was bill and Zach. Is therapy that we're really good to be? I wish I could think of the red rest of the nurse's names. They were also awesome but Harley is the one that sticks of our mind and nose. She was such a doll. She would do anything that I needed her to do in a very time.No matter there was also a lady named Yolanda.She was very good to me as well.I just want to say pull it out.I'm feeling so much better.After my stay, I've been getting to be stronger and stronger.I just think you've got every day that I'm alive.God bless you all thank you.

Pruitt Health has the most friendliest staff, willing to help your family member in any way they need! It's an extremely clean, friendly, upbeat environment. Many activities: music, games, bingo, etc, good food, excellent care.
My husband is always clean & dressed when I visit. He's making friends. The have a beautiful garden area you can sit & watch birds & plants. They make a point to know you by name. Can't say enough good things about Pruitt Heakth, it's a home away from home.

My sister went there after a brain bleed. Sine if the nursing staff are caring however it is not the place for good rehabilitation. My sister could not speak and they gave her a COVID 19 vaccine without asking me & after discharge said she gave them permission which she could not do they messed up her eye drops. They lost some of her clothes. They made her weaker by leaving her in a wheelchair too long and putting her in the bed too long never addressing the avascular necrosis in her hip. When I got her out she couldn't stand and an ER physician documented a wound on her heel that was not taken care of. Director of Nursing would not call me back. Administrator tried to tell me she had the wound when she came there. She did not. Documented by the ER that treated her. Administrator tried to blow it off. Don't send anyone there. Check their rating with Medicare

I spent 15 days in Pruitt with a broken knee cap. The care was very good but the exceptional care came from Niki and Yolanda, Harley and Heather. They we've very much in tune to my needs. We're just so darn nice and pleasant
I left this place with four new friends. They are a credit to their profession.

I have been thoroughly impressed with the care given to my MIL while a resident here. I was always kept up to speed with her care and any issues that came about. All of the nurses and techs that care for her are amazing. And PT, OT therapy were also great
