Terrible service levels from this Uniform company. I lived in Socal previously and managed a store in Pacific Beach that used Prudential Uniform Services and never had any issues. Our route driver was Andy have was great. Never any issues. Fast forward 10 years and I am back in Socal at a Toyota and Honda store in San Diego. I was pleasantly surprised to find out we had Prudential as our uniform provider. Well, that was short-lived. I know it was family owned before, but if I had to guess whether or not the family is involved, I would that it has been sold based on their attentiveness to their clients. I was looking to speak with the account manager to discuss new uniform options and was told they would stop by. Its been months now. Nothing. I call the plant, leave messages, crickets. Today i asked for the contract and was told that they couldnt get me one, Id have to wait for my account manager. Ha! Thats why i plan to cancel, no one is home. If you are a prospective customer, do not be fooled by the family owned business bs. They act just like the corporate uniform companies, so personally, if I know Im going to receive terrible service, I'd rather have it from a corp company so i can actually speak to someone. All i get here are transfers and excuses. Do your self a favor, do not even entertain renting from this company.

I've been a customer of theirs for years, maybe even a decade between two different restaurant groups and they have never failed on communication and service. The delivery personnel has been great and the sales team have always been honest and competitive with their pricing. I highly recommend them for all your linen needs including disinfectants for covid as well.
