Was just about to have a visit to this office but the girls on the phone are very rude! First was Isabel who made the appointment, second was Maria who canceled my appointment. Thank God my insurance card is not meant to be to this specific office facility. Would turn around and change providers if I were you.

Their response to covid-19 is appropriate. The receptionist and the nurses were kind. However, I found myself overwhelmingly disappointed by the quality of care I received from my doctor. Based off the amazing reviews I saw for this particular doctor I just knew we would have a good connection. Instead she told me how I was "supposed" to be feeling and rushed me out the door. I didn't feel comfortable to share how I felt, because she already made assumptions, so I shut down. It felt like she was ready for me to be gone from the office. Rushed. No questions for how I felt, just rushed and standard. Like I was a number. I'm thinking this place is too busy for new patients. But quick and painless transaction I suppose.
