I had a disappointing experience here. I booked an appointment expecting to see a doctor, but there was no doctor available. Instead, a Nurse Practitioner attended to me, yet I was charged the same rate as a doctor’s consultation. This feels like poor medical practice, and I’m uncertain whether insurance companies are aware of this situation.

The worst place to go for preventive care. Don’t bring up a cough or allergies because they’ll note it down and it’ll invalidate your preventive care. They made a mistake on the blood work and they still had the audacity to charge me for the second visit when it was their fault. Whatever you do don’t come here, they won’t do anything.
