Punctual and professional - I was seen on time. The staff were professional and courteous.
There is plenty of parking and the premises are clean and relatively modern.

The only negative is that I was not forwarded the information-sheet beforehand - completing this before the appointment would have saved a lot of time and aggravation at the premises. In addition, information / data I had forwarded ahead of the procedure had, allegedly, not been received.

Staff is very friendly and informative. They keep you in the know about what is needed to be prepared for the exam. It’s a clean, quiet facility and everything usually runs right on schedule. I have always had pleasant experiences working with the staff and the facility itself is top notch.

First class operation. The service is very quick which is nice to not have to wait. Special shout out to Carrie in insurance processing and her entire department. Never actually talked to the supervisor but shout out to her as well, she’s running her crew very well.

I love working with ProScan. Everyone is so professional. Beautiful facility. Carrie Yirsa who helped me approve my MRI was absolutely exceptional. I haven’t experienced service like that in a long time. Thank you!

Very helpful to find an appointment. Would like to be able to reach certain locations as problems arise, would like to let them know on the way. We ran into huge fire, freeway blocked and we couldn't advise we were coming.

Great staff. The tech was efficient and kind
The front desk girl saved me a trip back home because I forgot my order from the Dr by having someone at my home take a picture of it. So smart!!
