Update"" my Dr. Wanted me to get another scan done and so I walked from my Dr appointment next door to ProScans office to schedule another scan and I wish I could remember the young lady who helped me for she was the epitome of great customer service and I most definitely appreciated it.. she was able to get me in the very next day for my scan.. fast and helpful service..
2/5/25 Friendly and helpful front staff.. the young lady who checked me in was very informative and patient answering my questions.. it was midday and pretty busy but I was taken back and getting my MRI within 20 minutes of arrival.. Samantha in the back was nice as well.. This is a easy and good location to get too..

I needed an immediate MRI and they were able to provide one that same night at 8pm. The reception was wonderful, friendly and professional. The technician s were reassuring and made me feel comfortable.
I needed a couple copies on a disk the next day, and they were ready in 10 minutes.
Briana was the receptionist that day. Very professional and courteous and a great smile. A perfect receptionist to complete a perfect MRI experience.

The receptionist was very cheerful and friendly when I checked in. The medical staff were very helpful. I was very pleased with Peggy’s work and assistance. She made me feel at ease. Finding my veins for an injection can be challenging but Peggy had no problem, succeeded with first try. That’s very unusual for me. The MRI machine is new and clean.

I really love the team here. They are kind, caring and professional. I have had 2 MRI’s and an ultrasound at the Riverchase location. Not only do they have very flexible hours with later evening appointments available, but they’re also kind and caring.

I had an appointment on a Saturday morning. I received an e-mail indicating I needed to arrive between 8:30-8:45 am. I arrived at 8:27 and when I stepped up to the front desk and gave the woman my name, she immediately told me I was late! I shared with her the e-mail I had received showing I was, in fact, early! Her overall demeanor seemed cold and distant. Not friendly at all. When she brought me back to get ready for my MRI, the gentleman who was conducting the MRI was watching watching videos on his phone (on speakerphone), and was also very matter-of-fact, and did little to make me feel relaxed or welcome! My overall impression of my experience with Proscan was not great! Considering the potential anxiety which can be associated with an MRI, these two individuals did very little to make me feel comfortable and relaxed prior to, and during my MRI. I wish my review was better than it is, but sadly, neither of the two employees seemed to be happy they were working on Saturday morning.

Scheduled an appointment for the very next day first thing in the morning New Years EVe, what’s the chances. The women who performed my exam was super candid and personable which was refreshing. Everyone there I had dialogue with was extremely supportive, informative and helpful. They even have a friendly office cat. Strongly suggest people use their service
