The staff was polite. However, they were running an entire hour behind schedule on all appointments and didn’t bother mentioning it to me when I checked in, I eventually found out from chatter in the waiting room. The actual procedure only took 5 minutes. Had I known when I checked in, I could have stepped outside and conducted some necessary business by phone, retuning calls, etc. I think it’s very disrespectful to be so wasteful of people’s time. Time is one thing in life you can never repay someone for. It would have been nice if they would call or text alerts to people who have opted in for messaging, when running that far behind. I understand things can happen but communication would have been nice.

Went to 1715 Medical Blvd
Had a CT Scan
The Gentleman Chuck the CT Tech was wonderful.
Explained everything and I felt totally calm.
He had a very calming way and I trusted him totally.
The people were all friendly and the room I was in was immaculate.
This was a Great choice.

Technician was phenomenal. Check in process less good with dozens of people and multiple steps. Check in people not overly pleasant. They know what they signed up for. Need to be patient and tolerate what they think are dumb questions

My wife has a CT and XRay in one visit. She is disabled and was in pain. Proscan did an excellent job with the imaging and her experience was easy and non complicated. The technician exhibited patience and care throughout the procedures. Both were scheduled back to back as well so it could be completed in one visit.

Front desck was great! First ex tec was fairly nice. Second tec who positioned my hands and shoulders was not personable at all pushy and really didnt want to be there. Sorry but you asked. Not my best experiece.

My MRI Technical John , after 25 years, still brings his A game to his career. Please tell him I said so .It’s so easy to get jaded . John knows the heavy responsibility he carries for all his patients.He listens and is at your side.

The Proscan site went out of their way to service quite a number of people who had had appointments at a different Proscan when the machine there went down. They were incredibly efficient and terrific.

12/19/2024 Review. I returned for a follow up exam and was able to retrieve all previous exams records. Many thanks to Sue for the help.
THEY DESTROY YOUR PREVIOUS EXAMS RECORDS IN 30 DAYS. In Dec 2022 I had a mammogram done at the Goodlette-Frank facility. I made sure to bring the reports and DVDs of my previous exams, dating back 3-4 years, and I brought them to the facility a few days before the mammogram was scheduled. On the day of the mammogram, I requested the records back and was told they had been sent to medical records at a different facility. I called them and to my surprise I was told they are only kept for 30 days and then destroyed. NOBODY SAID ANYTHING TO ME ABOUT DESTROYING RECORDS IN 30 DAYS. WHY would you not call me to come pick them up?
