I have had excellent service from Proliance Surgeons and their staff. I had a total shoulder replacement surgery in May and I am now lifting weights and have experienced remarkable improvement in my overall strength. Unfortunately I posted a negative review a few days ago though no fault of Proliance but rather my own personal issues and I hope that editing and re-posting will allow me to apologize for this negative behavior. Dr. Peter Otlans displays the very best in both physical and emotional support through all phases of surgery and healing. I would recommend him to anyone experiencing joint failure as I am confident that he can help others, just as he helped me!

My mother had surgery for a broken ankle on Monday August 25th 2025 they fumbled the ball on getting her prescription for pain meds ready for me to pick up for her at her regular pharmacy that night after surgery instead admitting their mistake and sending me to a pharmacy near by the hospital so I could get it quickly. Turns out that different pharmacy won’t have her pain meds in stock until September 2nd 2025. So now going on day two August 27th 2025 post ankle surgery with NO pain meds! Calling their office over and over trying to get them to send it to somewhere in stock. What a joke this has been. We even had problems with all pre surgery appointment! I took off work to get her into the car and to the hospital which was no easy task on her broken ankle, only for the people doing the test to not have any orders for the blood work and EKG from proliance southwest Seattle orthopedics. Now I’m seriously worrying about her recovery journey with this office. Before photos of the ankle she had repaired attached to show the kind of pain she has been in.

Dr Otlans is very personable which helps me feel comfortable when we discuss my care options. He has been very thorough and his professionalism is on point. He has ‘walked me through’ several injuries already and I am very satisfied with the care I have received. He may be a little late getting into the exam room occasionally but I believe it’s because he takes extra care of ALL his patients and I am good with that!

My pcp recommended Proliance and I'm glad she did. Online registrstion made check in the day of a breeze. The MA was very kind. As a physician myself, I really appreciated Dr. Jones care. He addressed all my questions and answers, reviewed my images with me and his communication was flexible in meeting me at my level of medical knowledge/understanding.

The shoulder replacement seems to be doing quite well, feeling better every day. Dr Payne did an excellent job as far as I can tell, and all the staff at the hospital were attentive and kind and professional.

Was lucky to have Dr. Barronian do the emergency surgery to repair my fractured ankle. He made me feel comfortable with his professionalism and knowledge throughout the entire process of my hospitalization. Doctors and personal treat you with respect and take care of you as soon as you walk in the door, Nothing negative about that Billing department is another story, I have been trying to get a refund for almost a year now, first of all it will take you about and hour to get someone to talk to you , they keep telling me that refund should be in my hands withing a week or 2, It has been almost a year now, and still waiting , I have now decided to file a small claim case ,
