Easy to find and get in. Though wasn’t greeted by anyone nor was anyone at the desk. Not a very nice waiting room, looked pretty run down and disheveled.

The lady doing my drug test for my job was nice and easy to chat with. Though she did bash the job I was going to start soon which made me worry more about the job I was starting. But didn’t seem very professional.

Pretty quick in and out, nice workers, and easy to find.

Hard of hearing/deaf people: no stars here. They called my name behind a wall and I didn’t hear them at all. If it wasn’t for the person next to me looking up then looking at me, I wouldn’t of had any idea they said my name. I realize I don’t have a badge plastered on my hoodie, but at a medical office it would have been nice for a clear view and a loud enough name call to hear or realize someone was saying something.

I came in yesterday 8/21 for a 2 panel UA. This office is small and only one receptionist at many times so the receptionist that was there was in a hurry to get out the door but was able to take me in for my drug screen. I was told to take everything out of my pockets and put my wallet, phone and keys on the counter right in front of the receptionist and then proceeded to go in for my UA. I left the office and by time I got home realized that I was getting calls from my bank about fraudulent charges. I also seen that I has $240 of cash stolen from my wallet in which was rent money. I'm struggling really bad financially right now and unemployed for the last 4 months due to a leg injury so this was just more stress added my plate. I don't go anywhere without my wallet on me and only place I sat it down was at this ProHealth office in Milton. ProHealth may want to consider installing cameras not just for security but for any injustice against their clients.

Highly recommend! Staff was amazing and excellent with a blood testing where I had difficult rolling veins! Grateful for the kindness and professional experience in the lab! So thankful for the manager on duty she truly had a positive and kind personality and her mood made my difficult experience easier. Made my day!

Wow! Great customer service which seems non-existent in health care. I needed to have some blood work done. Walked it and done in 5 minutes while being the most affordable. Didn't need to stick me more times than once. I hate needles and am excited to go back if I ever need blood work. Glad I found this gem. 💎

This is where I took my wife for her standard work compliance stuff. Typically I would have to go in an hold her hand through it all (she hates needles), but Stephanie was awesome and made my wife feel comfortable. I went to my vehicle and waited less than 30min and my wife was done and ready to go! She had no complaints (which is not normal). Guys..if your lady needs some lab work done. This is the place to go! Trust me!

The medical assistant was great! I went when it was very busy. She apologized for the wait (which really wasn't long) and kept us updated. She was drew my blood and I never felt a thing. The office itself was clean and the seating was spaced appropriately. I will be going to this Prohealth office anytime it's an option.

Stephanie and Amanda were amazing! Quick service, fast results, friendly personalities and saved so much headache compared to anywhere else in Milton/Pace for getting a COVID test. Saved me time compared to Family Care (4-5 hour wait times) money ($1000+ at Santa Rosa) and migraines (Health Department wouldn’t take people past lunch time). 5/5, and honestly a 6/5 if I could.
