I received a package via UPS from Thrive Medical Supplies. In it was a back brace , 2 knee braces and two knee sleeves. The paperwork all my correct information on it, including my height, weight and Medicare number, along with paperwork stating they have billed Medicare over 3k for all these braces. I am under no drs care for anything at all! These are not mine. I called them and explained that, and I was assured a supervisor would get back to in24 hours. I’ve called three times since. No word from them at all. I was also told they would send me a label to return these braces. Again. Nothing. I have notified Medicare and they have reported this as fraud. Stay away from this company. .

The company I had been working with was becoming increasingly less responsive to my needs, so I decided to look elsewhere. They used to be a great company but because ONE person retired this place is a complete mess. How can one person leaving make a business fall apart I placed an order for CPAP supplies and was told it was going to be 2 weeks at least until I would receive my supplies because they were short staffed. That’s unacceptable. Get it together over there. And I’m sorry but whoever is answering the phone needs to be replaced. They asked for my last name every time I call so I spell it out for them, S-L-A-P-E. Did you say Gary? Did you say Mike? I’m done!
