My experience with Dr Lalezarian and his team started long before my actual procedure. I got authorization from my insurance but then there were technical issues. Kimberly, the office Manager, worked for hours (!) and was able to iron out all the glitches that came up along the way. She was always so pleasant to deal with and always so caring and positive.

From the moment I spoke to Dr Lalezarian in the phone I felt comfortable. His professional, compassionate, and knowledge made me feel secure in doing my procedure with him. After the procedure, he gave me his personal pager number so I could reach out to him if I had any concerns. I did contact him once and he answered promptly and was able to assure me that everything was ok.

On the day of the procedure I met Uniqua and Yvette the 2 nurses that prepped me and took care of me. They were both incredible in their medical expertise (I've never had such a quick and painless IV placed) and in their relaxed and reassuring manners.

After being prepped I was introduced to Edgar the sedation tech and Kendall the xray tech. Edgar explained everything clearly and made sure I was not in any discomfort throughout the procedure. He had a great sense of humor and bedside manner.

I could tell Kendall had a lot of experience as he reassured me and went through all the steps of the procedure.

What was really impressive to me, was how well the whole group worked together with respect, consideration, and professionalism between themselves and to their patients.

Although I am only 2 weeks out of the procedure, and I need to wait a bit to see the full results, my experience with this team has been phenomenal.
