My husband had to fly out of town for a funeral last minute today and they charged him $50 for cancelling his appointment after he booked the flight. It was not within their 24 hr cancellation policy. They did not care that it was a family emergency. Very disappointing customer service and lack of empathy for unforeseen circumstances.

I was assigned this clinic, by the military, for my post surgical therapy, after major shoulder surgery. I have received exemplary customer service, prompt appointments and skilled therapy. I've been coming here for a few different reasons and every single appointment I've ever had has been amazing. The staff is not only personable, but extremely professional and always make the PT experience as enjoyable and educational as one can. They genuinely care about your physical issues, show true attentiveness to any concerns or limitations you're having during your appointment and overall make you feel like you're getting 5-star quality care! Wouldn't change a thing!

Loved my PTA, Megumi. She was the sweetest and helped me so much. My goal was to start running again, and she got me to where I need to be. While I’m glad I’ve healed, I’ll definitely miss her!
