I love this office. Dr. Bones is awesome and cares about you as a person. The office staff is AMAZING 😍😍. I have always been able to call Isabelle and she immediately handles any issues. I have been a patient for 7 years.

Dr Bones it's not like the other Doctors , it takes time to explain , you feel like he enjoys and like what he s doing. When you find a doctor that choose not to put you on medication right away because couples of labs results are out of range . That's mean something.
We all know that every medication has a side effect.
Today I learn many things that any doctor from more than years never tells me .

Dr. Bones is an Amazing non-traditonal Dr., He listens to your concerns at which time he comes up with a plan of action. In addition, his staff is courteous and professional. If you are looking for a pcp call the office you will be presently surprised.

I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Bones and his staff. They are very caring and knowledgeable. They make you feel like you are part of the family. Dr. Bones has great bedside manner and is extremely knowledgeable. He is definitely an “old school” doctor who focuses on the whole patient and not just the symptom. I have been a patient, at this practice, for the last six years and I he has solve so many medical issues that I have had. I also struggled with weight loss and thanks to him, his weight loss program and his encouragement, I am now down 20 pounds and feel better than I have felt in the last decade. Everyone from Dr. Bones, to his medical assistant-Yosmar and Isabella- they are all instrumental at the practice. This is truly a one of a kind practice.

Dr. Raphael Bones, from Prixus Medical, was always very attentive and presented me with excellent solutions for the health issues I faced. He is understanding and seeks to analyze the person as a whole. Prixus Medical assistants are equally attentive, polite and competent. Yosmar, Valéria and Isabella always try to find the best alternatives for hours and use of medical insurance. It was the first health service I used when I moved from Brazil to USA and I will continue using it whenever I need a good one.

Dr Bones has always been extra attentive to my family and our concerns. He's a great doctor and always knows how to help us out. They treat you like a patient and person here, not just another number or a dollar in their pocket. Very informal, but very knowledgeable and helpful. The staff always asks about the family when I go in, and even asked about my daughter's condition after she was seen a week before me. I would def recommend these guys!
