Absolutely love Mrs.April very professional with a very kind and understanding heart.

the most caring practitioners I have ever encountered. She asks questions, listens intently and follows through with each and everything that
she has control of. From our very first appt to the follow up appts, she has assured that I am cared for, comfortable and all my questions and concerns have been addressed. Ready access to primary care, but not to any specialists
They have trouble linking to my EHR at UCSF or Sutter. And I thought EHR was for sharing! I log onto Sutter and bring them a printout.
Receptionists in Berkeley are polite, but have no idea if Dr is running late, and don't think it's their job to inform the patient.
