The two young ladies (Hannah & Lexi) at the front desk were absolutely delightful to work with. Dr. Edward’s was amazing too. So glad that I chose this doctors office for my new family dr. 🥰

Searching for a PCP is a very stressful and nerve wracking task. Meeting Christopher Robertson, PA-C, for the first time had me worried. I wasn’t sure what to expect. Shopping for the right PCP who will listen, care and willing to work with you to develop a long lasting relationship can be quite a challenge.

However, after waiting a month and a few weeks to see Christopher Robertson, PA-C, at PrimeMed was worth the wait! He is very professional, courteous, kind, caring, knowledgeable, willing to listen, ready to solve and provide solutions, which had me feeling safe and secure.

First impression is everything! Robertson had me trusting and spilling all medical information in seconds, which I initially did not want to disclose. My perception of his overall demeanor as a confident professional, yet down to earth, helped break down my wall of insecurity, fear and leeriness. Not at all hubris, pompous or denigrating. He does not speak to you in a condescending or patronizing manner. Robertson has a great beside manner, that many seem to lack these days.

If I were to give him a rating from 0 being the lowest, dissatisfied to 10 being the highest, extremely satisfied, I would give him a 15! I am very impressed and pleased with Christopher Robertson, PA-C.

Casey Edwards is the very best doctor I have ever ever encountered. I'm 62, and seen a few doctors in my time. She actually listens to you. She has an ease of communication and empathy to boot. I have never felt rushed, she has laser focus on symptoms, and sharp as a tack. Her professionalism during exams is great. Even in the most comprimsing ones lol. I actually look forward to seeing her. A breath of fresh air in this style medical system.

I see the nurse practitioner, Casey, super happy with the care I receive. Call backs are the best, always receive call same day. Staff in office is very efficient and knowledgeable.

I’ve been a patient for a long time and have always had a great experience with Dr. Robinson. However, today’s visit was disappointing due to the new staff. I scheduled my appointment two weeks ago, took time off work, and drove 35 minutes—only to be told I wasn’t in the system.

As a business owner in the service and care industry, I understand that mistakes happen. However, how those mistakes are handled makes all the difference. There was little effort to resolve the issue or acknowledge the inconvenience, which is frustrating for a long-time, out-of-pocket-paying patient.

Unfortunately, the new Prime Med feels less personal than before, treating patients more like numbers than individuals. I truly hope they work to restore the level of care and service that once made this place stand out.
