Zero stars. I’ll never go back.
The NP and front desk staff were incredibly rude and made me feel completely disrespected. The NP saw patients who arrived after me first, and I ended up waiting forever with no explanation. I’d rather drive farther than deal with that kind of treatment again.

Had a super bad experience. The clinic closed at 3pm for the holiday and at 2:15 I took my toddler daughter and the staff was upset and rude. The nurse assistant rushed through the visit and had a condescending tone. She was rubbing it in my face that the baby had a normal Temp. The doctor was great and understanding. Ended up providing antibiotics.

I had the worst experience I have ever had with the doctor here! First off the wait took about 3 hours, I think they may have only had one doctor working. I went in because I’m having a hard time walking and functioning from sever lower back pain due to either throwing my back out or straining a muscle. (I have been moving this past week, lifting heavy boxes, just overall a lot of strenuous activities). The doctor came into the room, told me I had a uti because I had traces of bacteria in my urine, told me they would give me oral antibiotics and an antibiotic shot, and left. She did not give me the chance to tell her what was wrong. She never asked me any questions or did any kind of examination. So when the nurse came in to administer the shot I told them I didn’t want it, so she went and got the doctor. When the doctor came back I told her that my pain was from strenuous activities and not a uti (I’ve had many in my lifetime and know the difference) and she refused to listen. She had such a condescending tone and refused to even consider the possibility that she was wrong in assume my back pain was from a uti. I have never dealt with a more arrogant and incompetent doctor in my life!! The way she behaved I have a hard time believing she even went to medical school! It was a waste of of time and money because I left with no help and still in severe pain. Avoid this urgent care!!

This clinic is the best. I went in yesterday and was treated with kindness and care you don't see many places. Busy clinic and only one provider so you sometimes have to wait, but I don't mind waiting since the care is #1!

I have been going to this location since it opened. The staff has been nothing but kind and helpful to me at every interaction. I contracted an Acute Respiratory Infection and was seen by the PA on staff. He was very kind and listened to me when I told him about my experience with my current illness. He prescribed me 4 different medications and all have been helping me in getting better. Thank you to the staff for all you’ve done for me. I prefer this location over any I’ve ever been to and will continue coming here.

Took my sister in for a severe migraine at 5:45. Provider Mack refused to see my sister and told us to go to YRMC that there was nothing she could do. Mind you my sister has been to this clinic before and never been turned down. We drove to their sister facility on the big curve and even they were surprised this provider turned her away. It just felt like provider did not want to deal with her.

The 6th street facility near Sprouts has one of the most efficently run offices I have ever used. Plus the receptionist, nurse and Doctor are friendly, caring, considerate and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I have had two use their services twice recently and will certainly use them again if needed.
