Was sent to Prime Care by AdventHealth centra care because they wanted to charge me $318 as a self-pay patient. The experience at Prime Care was wonderful from start to finish. I called first to ask about cost for a self-pay patient. $175, which I found very reasonable. The girl on the phone was very sweet. I walked into a clean waiting room and was greeted by the receptionist who I spoke with on the phone, again very pleasant girl. I filled out my paperwork and was brought straight back. Was triaged by the medical assistant, who was also very sweet and then seen by a nurse practitioner who was great, she prescribed the necessary meds for my respiratory infection. I was very pleased with this location and would definitely go back.

The wait was to long and the lady at front desk had a attitude for some reason. Then they told me they could not verify my insurance so I left out and called my insurance company. I returned and asked what number were they calling so I gave them the number on back of my insurance card. Its a good thing that I did return because She forgot give me back my driver's license. They charged me 40$$ that they should not have charged me , but I paid it so I could be seen. Horrible experience with front line worker's. Once I went back very pleasant and kind understanding. Nurse and doc showed so much compassion, sympathy and empathy for me knowing how bad I felt. Front line needs take a page from back office because you are the first face the patients see. It's very important how you treat ppl especially when your not feeling well.

This is my go-to Urgent Care facility. Unfortunately, I've had to visit a few times for small injuries or sicknesses that don't require a visit to the emergency room and each time I go, I'm seen quickly and leave feeling like I've been listened to and all my concerns have been addressed. The different doctors I've seen are all professional and kind and don't rush you out of the exam room. I don't think you would regret going there if you need to.

I have always had positive experiences at Twin Lakes. The staff is knowledgeable and super courteous. It's absolutely an amazing experience at the times when you're not feeling that amazing. They are the best I've ever been to.

The doctor and her assistant as well as front desk staff were awesome. I only waited in the exam room for a few minutes before the doctor came in. She was super friendly but professional and explained things in a very understandable way.

The best urgent care I’ve ever been to in my life! I visited from out of town while traveling and the receptionist was so compassionate and the doctor was wonderful. I told her she needed her own TV show.

After hours of trying to get a hold of my primary care Dr., I finally decided to go to Twin Lakes Urgent care. I could barely breathe. The staff were very polite. The doctor who took care of me immediately heard my lungs and explained what I needed to know and prescribed the medications I would need. She said it was good I came in because I was 2 days of the problem being exacerbated. I have been to this urgent care before and I trust them with my health.

Service was quick, the Dr took her time to listen to me and all my concerns. Prescribed me with all the medicines needed and gave me referrals for specialists I need to see. I wish Dr Cantu had her own office so I could see her as my primary doctor. All staff was friendly and efficient.
