I went because I'm coughing and had a fever and also throwing up. The Dr Meyers hit my foot (weird) to see if my stomach hurts. Also weird. Then prescribed me ibuprofen and anti nausea meds. I really need antibiotics I asked him because I can taste the infection. No other tests were done. 3 hours to get hit in the foot. It was an odd experience

The receptionists are great. The NP or “ Doctor “ that saw me was very rude, unprofessional and honestly people sue for less. She cast me off without even knowing what was wrong with me. Told me I had bug bites and it ended up being a severe skin reaction. Thanks for whatever.

There are so many reasons to avoid this urgent care.

We waited for two hours before anyone took my insurance information and were then told that they don’t accept our insurance. We already waited two hours so I just paid out of pocket.

They said that they were triaging visits but the only question that the very unfriendly receptionist asked me was why I came in.

They leave HIPAA information on the front counter where anyone can see it. Full names and DOBs.

I paid the out of pocket expense and waiting an additional 45 minutes to get seen.

The restroom was shockingly dirty and the water fountains were unusable. Additionally nobody was being required to wear a mask despite apparent transmissible symptoms.

Finally got to see the PA. No MD or NP in sight. I had to ask for testing or I was going to get steroids and sent home.

This is some seriously subpar medical care.

It’s 7:25….been in the parking lot since 6:30. Saw a female walk into the office at 6:45.. Business hours on the door and online say open at 7:00. No one has opened the door. Ghetto.

My wife went to Urgent care very sick, the Dr. was rude and helps people differently. Didn't Do Anything for my wife her headache went from a 2 to a 10 waiting. She picked and choose who she helped in a write manner. Not a good facility

I visited this urgent care for the first time and went in after work at 5 pm and it wasn’t busy. I was seen fairly quickly and the staff were polite and kind. I was seen by Laura Spindola and she was so kind to me. She has great patient education skills and treated me like a person and not just another walk in. I would come back to see her.

If I could post a -1 star I would. It's been a year or more since I've been here. Good service then, but must be under new management. I wanted to see if I was still positive for covid. I have 2 insurances that cover everything. But for covid they won't take insurances and I had to pay $50. They said every clinic is different. I won't be back. No wonder their clinic rating is barely above a 2.

I went in very Sick and they bite, my headache went from a 2 to a 10 ; OMG the crying kid And the So called Dr. Tells me next time to go to ER. What the heck she for, left worse than I walked in
