Walking into the place was greeted with a smile and assistance. The wait wasn't long as all everyone was very professional and friendly. The premises were very clean and organized. Def was an experience was smooth and quick. And leaving my paperwork was done quickly and hardly any wait time.

I would put 5 stars but the phlebotomist who did my husbands injection left him with a huge bump and bruise and they had his paperwork wrong smh!

This organization could seriously use some training on customer service. I would never recommend ANYONE to this place.
My boyfriend was instructed to go to the bathroom by an employee, only to have another employee (Courtney) flee to the bathroom and pound on the door demanding him to come out. Apparently there was an out of order sign taped to the door, amongst many other signs taped in this building. The sign was in plain black and white. NOT yellow. NOT red. NO caution tape or signs. Regardless it was very unprofessional how Courtney handled the situation. After yelling at him through the bathroom door, she then went to the nurses station to talk about him further to where everyone could hear in the waiting room. Once he walked to the back, Courtney with other employees gave him ugly stares and continued with ugly talk.
The rudeness and amount of unprofessionalism exemplified here is truly pitiful.
