Leslie the nurse cordninator is TERRIBLE!! How could they have someone so UNPROFESSIONAL work for them ? She never answers her phone and she just lies ! Acts like she doesn’t know her nurses show up to my house after midnight when THEY WANT , NEVER cared when she had “No one “ to watch my vent dependent daughter through the night . Why take her case on if you don’t have enough staff ? Bragging about your 500 + nurses but zero can cover my case ?Delivering gloves to my house at midnight ? Sending untrained and unqualified nurses to my home that sent my daughter to the hospital. They leave my daughters room a mess , they don’t clean up after themselves The nursing staff SUCKS . There’s a mom and daughter duo watch out , ones a very heavy set lady her name is Geralda , and her daughter goes by Jerry . They SLEEP through night shifts ! There’s also some type of Insurance fraud of some sort there . The mom Geralda told me to keep my 24 hour nursing , but let them work 12-16 hours& for me to “ work with them” and that “ once I requested less then 24 hour nursing I won’t get it back because they don’t like giving it out” . So they wanted to get the maximum pay amount for little the work ! Charge my insurance 24/7 nursing but work half days Not to mention Geralda the mom (who is heavy set ) had her OWN RECLINER delivered to my house by one of her family members! She gave my address to someone else and had someone else come to my home ! After I told her I couldn’t allow it she got All Upset and refused to work. So if you’re looking for a trust worthy good nursing company to safely watch over your loved one I would look else where !!!!!

My Mother E.Warren is receiving some of the best care I could hope for with this amazing company. They are super friendly and help full and most of all from the physical therapist/nurses to the home health aides and the office staff they helped my mom recover to being the woman she once was... Thank you!!
