My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Charron for nearly three years. While I have had some outstanding doctors I my 68 years, none are better than Dr. Charron, He has amazing bedside manner, and truly cares about his patients. We couldn’t be more pleased and feel our medical care is in very good hands.

Dr. Charron has been the best Doctor I have ever had. He is caring and thorough. He listens to what you say instead of looking at his computer screen while you are talking. Toni (RN) & Dr. Nedelcovych are absolutely wonderful. He is genuine, caring and professional. Toni is really efficient & about the nicest person one could meet. They work really hard to provide high quality care. As a patient, I always feel comfortable & confident that I will be well taken care of. Other staff members have always been great also. I highly recommend- he is my primary care physician.

Dr. Charron and staff are some of the best primary care I have found in Florida. He is extremely knowledgeable about even my fairly rare conditions/issues. I rarely have to wait very long to be seen and they are always in a pleasant mood. His NP is also very knowledgeable. I can't believe I was lucky enough to stumble upon this practice. As a fellow health care professional (dentist) and with my complicated medical history, I am extremely pick and this practice meets every qualification I have!

The doctor was great! We had been searching for a new doctor for months. All was well until we tried to get a sleep study done. The Lady who answers the phone was nothing but rude to me and my fiance every single time we called. We filled out the form so she could speak with me and gave me trouble every time I called. They continued to send the request to people outside of our network, even though I called our insurance and provided them the contact info to the facility Blue Cross covers. She was very impatient with my fiance's speech impediment, and made him feel to uncomfortable to call. We fought to get this sleep study taken care of for over a month, with very little help from her, and nothing but rudeness. We will be switching offices, as it is ashamed that someone in the medical field would make someone with a speech impediment feel so uncomfortable he refuses to call anymore.

I would not recommend this practice to my worst enemy. I was a patient with same WONDERFUL Dr. Stephen Mayers for 14 years, who retired shortly after this Medical Company (I would not even refer it as a "Practice") took over. 2 Dr.s later (since they don't seem to stay long - with good reason) and I have better understanding why my long time awesome Dr. chose time to retire. If his 1st replacement, Dr. Farhangi stayed longer I could still be there, but she left after 1 year and my decades of records went to Dr. Alka Nair, who unfortunately has the most unethical and incompetent Nurse. I have had to report them for ethics violations and received 2 Surveys from Medicare regarding my then PCP, so I must not be the only one having issues with them. Information does NOT get from Nurse to Dr. and if it does, it is wrong. The Management is even worse as they do nothing when issues are brought to their attention, which gives staff no incentive to actually implement "Patient CARE". I'm actually STILL waiting for 1 piece of paper (part of my Medical Record) promised to me more than 6 month ago by the "Floating" Office Manager. I would bet money Dr. Nair has no idea why I am not a patient of hers anymore, the REAL reason anyway! The ONLY bright light in that Office is Front Desk, Jackie, who has been there at least 10 years, through transition as well as office relocation, and is the ONLY one who consistently acts like a caring medical professional. I would be happy to elaborate with documented proof for anyone who wants more information! My suggestion...go ANYWHERE else for medical care. This has become a "Corporate" revolving door of numbers and names and patients are unfortunately not their primary objective.
