Came here yesterday for an appointment and the front desk staff were just absolutely rude. When I walked in there was no one in the front desk for 15 min so I just signed in and took a seat. There was 3 other ladies waiting to be seen. A gentleman came in who didn’t have an appointment that seemed to be upset because his treatment plan had been supposedly changed without a discussion. The lady from the back seem frustrated with him so I just continued to wait until someone called my name to be given new patient forms or so I assumed I would need to complete since it was my first time visiting that office. Once the man sat down I waited 5 min before approaching the women behind the counter to ask a question. She was busy talking with another women when she gave me the look as if I was an inconvenience to her because I said excuse me I’m new to this office I checked in 30 min again for an appointment is there any paperwork I need to complete she replied with an attitude “Sign In!” And I replied well I already signed in she looked at me and said ok well I’ll call you when I’m ready for you! By this time I had already been in the office 45min I smiled and said ok and took a seat then decided this is not the office for me. I understand people have bad days but if your job is dealing with the front desk you should still be required to have customer service skills. There was no need to be rude the people in the front office are the faces of that office their demeanor the was they treat each patient says a lot about the people on the back. If I’m going to be treated poorly in the front office I don’t even want to take a chance of how I would be treated in the back. The people in the back might be great people but if you have rude people running ur front office it just says a lot about the practice in general. I wouldn’t come again

Such a blessing! Couldn't be seen by my primary so last minute they got me in. Was very pleased with the frontdesk, the medical asst. and the NP that saw me. All so professional and pleasant. Didn't wait long! Came in as new patient, and was in and out in under and hour.

First the office staff is amazing. However, the male doctor/owner was rude and had no bedside manners. I'm not sure if he even has empathy. Today was my first appointment, and I wasn't expecting such an obnoxious, demonic being. I was going through my medical history as I was sharing I have cardiac issues ( heart attack while giving birth to my Son I was 38 years old and I had open heart surgery 4years later he said and I quote (what are you a drug addict) I replied no My mother and father both died from a heart attacks young. so I have a strong family history of heart 💔 problems, and he started laughing and smiling weird, almost sinister like. Then we moved on to my medication list tried to increase my tramdol, which I barely takes but wouldn' write a prescription for my diebetes medication which I'm also diebetic but can push a harmful drug I don't need. Sadly enough there are alot of terrible Doctors in this world i wouldn't think I would run into one today I almost wanted to cry however Thank God I understand some people have preconceived notions without wisdom and understanding that somethings are just out of our control. I didn't ask for heart issues however, this is my fight and I'm still here and no I don't do drugs never have never will I value life once I almost dead at the hands of terrible doctors really disappointed in his behavior. But I will request another person to see for my follow-up. if I continue there at this point, my previous doctor was at walgreens Clinic. She was amazing and caring and had empathy, which is a fading quality nowadays. If you don't like Americans, then go home. If he dedicated his positive energy to his practice then how he respond to his negative reviews maybe he will have a half decent medical practice without dodging accountability and blame shifting. He took a oath to do no further harm looks like it was done without any forethought on his part.... and how do you know about any of my medical history you didn't review any of my medical notes had you done that you would have seen my A1c labs before you assumed I was diagnosed a diebetic and not a drug seeker you wouldn't even prescribed my high cholesterol meds either... smh...

I was seen at this clinic last month and it was good. They treated me good, it was fast so i didn’t have to wait hours, everyone starting from the front desk to billing department were very helpful. I gotta say the Nurse Practitioner is the sweetest I’ve ever met and even the MA seems to know a lot, office was clean and they were all so patience with me. I appreciate your attention and your kindness.

I have been coming here for about 2 1/2 years. I have always had a scheduled appointment. My last appointment I waited 2 1/2 hours after my appointment to even be taken back. Once I was in the room I then waited another 30-45 mins before being seen. I am so patient when it comes to doctors offices and having to wait. I get it, doctors run late for appointments because you don't actually know how long someone else's is going to be. But 2 1/2 hours is too long. The people at the County Line office are great, but I can't understand that long of a wait.

Edit: I waited 4 months until I could find another doctor to go to.

I once would've recommended this place to anyone. And still do if you're young and don't have many issues. You walk in when you've got a problem, they can pretend it's a normal General Practitioner visit to your insurance, you can claim them as your GP elsewhere, and it's genius. Truly smart decision for someone 25-31 as I was when I came here.

I had been a loyal patient here. They had a part to play in me figuring out I had Ulcerative Colitis, and definitively helped me figure out I needed I hip replacement because of the complications later on because of the UC they helped me figure out before.
The nurse practitioners you'll see here are lovely.
When you truly need to use them as your GP, that's not gonna happen. It's a step above urgent care, but a real doctor actually learning about you and how to help you isn't going to happen.

I'll first explain I can't take NSAIDs (like ibuprofen) because of my ulcerative colitis.
I had the hip replacement these people even helped me figure out I needed.
In my last and final visit I came to them post surgery because I was in so much pain at night I quite literally couldn't sleep, just asking for anything to help. I can't take the normal NSAIDs other people can to help. And Florida has a very restrictive law with any doctor only being able to prescribe you 7 days of pain medicine, even if it's a major surgery. The normal recommendation is 4 weeks for a hip replacement.
I come in and force my mom to drive me because I couldn't drive still with my leg. These people have always helped me when I needed them right?
No, when I needed them most and trusted them to be my actual primary care I received a prescription for diclofenac (AN NSAID I CANNOT TAKE OR LOSE MY OTHER HIP) and pantoprazole, because when i told the nurse practitioner those medicines make me ulcerate she thought that was a solution - to inform anyone ulcerative colitis makes you have "ulcers" in your COLON, 'prazole' drugs treat something entirely different which is stomach acid and stomach ulcers. It literally would do nothing for me.
Actually that's a good summary for my last appointment, did ABSOLUTELY nothing for me despite them knowing my history and understanding everything I said was true. Me practically crying because I had been living on 2 hours of sleep for days and BEGGING for help. i was not even asking to receive real strong pain medicine, a couple days worth of tramadol I would've just stretched and taken at night. They could've given me gabapentin or even just trazadone something to even let me TRY to sleep.
Nope.
So if you've read this long and care, great walk in - AWFUL GP when and if you actually need them.
