I’m a new patient at the practice. When I first went everything was fine and everyone was friendly. It was an in and out experience and I was sent to go do blood work. When they got the results back, they called me ( I missed it because of work) and left a voicemail stating that I had to be seen sooner than what was originally planned. I tried calling 10 minutes before their closing time and I got an automated message that said the office was closed. After this call I got an email saying my patient portal was deleted?! On top of that I’ve been trying to call all day long and the wait times have been 30 minutes each time? It has been quite the experience.

If I could give a negative 10 I would. The shortest time I have spent on hold was 48 minutes every other time well over an hour up to an hour and fourth seven minutes. My husband was diagnosed with diabetes requiring insulin. I have called on 3 separate occasions because it requires prior authorization for the one prescribed. We have yet to get the insulin much less a call back or any kind of acknowledgement for the ball being dropped on such a crucial medication. If you have any kind of extensive health history or just plain don’t have the hour to wait on hold stay far far away from this place. By the way this is my first review ever that I have written but that is how crazy and frustrating my experience has been with this office.

I had a really great experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Place looks very clean. The dr sent me for X-ray n got it done the same day in the same building. My results and medication In just a few hours. Thank you

My PCM is in this clinic (I am a new patient)and I have been trying to call them to ask some questions about my appointment. I have been trying to called since last week and no answer. Today I spend 30 minutes on the call waiting and when finally I thought someone was answering, they hung up.
I encourage them to improve their customer service.

I had to take my grandmother to Halifax Hospital ER last week. She was admitted quickly and taken back for scans in a timely manner. She had several nurses and staff members helping/treating her. Stacey, Nicole, and Chris provided exceptional care and attention to her needs while in the ER.

I literally have a tumor, and a history of tumors, and you can't refer me to an oncologist because you want to get to know me better? I would contact my therapist if I needed to talk to someone. You have my medical history and I literally waited 3 months for you to tell me that "you won't do that"

People are pleasant, but trying to TALK to your primary care doctor or trying to call the place is awful. They won't give you a direct phone number to your doctors office either. It's not good for elderly because they want everything done online (appointments, request..etc)
