I love this place so much.
First of all, the staff is friendly and very quick at resolving any problems. Absolutely love them.
Secondly, and most importantly Dr. Smith is the best doctor. He listens to your problems and finds an appropriate solution. He takes his time to make sure you are doing well all around.

From the receptionist Allison, to Julia Chambers NPC , and her Nurse on hand Tiffany, you get the Best of the Best in health care. When I was looking to leave the health care system I was using It was hard to find a good health care provider that will fix you and help you stay healthy. I have been seeing Dr Ramirez as my PCP for over 6 years now and he is just wonderful! He's hard to get into so I've had to see the nurse practitioner a few times but she is lovely as well. Brittany, I'm not sure if she's a nurse or a medical assistant but she is the best! She makes sure my experience is always the best it can be and she always takes care of me, with referrals, blood work and just everything!

This is by far the best far the best PCP I've ever been to. They put the patients first and it shows in everything they do. Appointments are easy to make. The front office personnel are well managed
They are friendly, professional, and work to address any questions or concerns. The nurses are experienced, engaging, and efficient at thier job. Same goes for the doctors. They take the time to address any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this provider.

I’m 47, and I haven’t seen a doctor as thorough, compassionate, and personable since I was a kid. Dr. Mark Smith and his staff have been truly amazing to me.
