This place used to be great when it was South Florida Pediatrics, now it just plainly sucks! No wonder their best doctors have left and/or retired. My daughters were patients for 13+ years. Our last 2 visits were the worse. The dr had to send them elsewhere because they didn't have the vaccine & didn't know when they were going to get them. The dr was genuinely upset. He retired shortly after. There's also a lot of miscommunication within the staff, where one tells you something and the other tells you something completely different. I have been trying to get my daughters' medical records with no avail because no one seems to know what they are doing. Myself, as well as other family and friends have left this place. What a shame...

Everything was great. This time was the best I have been treated in a medical center. They were very sure I was having a good time and that everything was going smoothly. I have nothing bad to say about today's experience. Melanie treated us very well and Jennifer took good care of us as well. The girls in the lab did an awesome work and the overall feeling was of comfort and joy. I'd come again anytime.

I’ve never been to a medical office like this! Everything is clean, staff is very attentive and caring. Jenn (Dr. Peralta) is a rockstar! I’ve been brushed off by providers in the past stating to just take meds to “fix” the issue. She takes time to listen and cares about the overall health of her patient. I’m bringing the whole family here to see her because she’s truly like no other 🤍

If I could rate this location a 0, I would. They are extremely unprofessional. No consideration for the families. The office staff has no clue what they are doing. No one ever picks up the phone and when they do they place you on an indefinite hold. Do not waste your time and money at this facility.
