I was more than impressed with the services I received at the Kendale Lakes location, starting with the cleanliness of the office, the seamless check-in process, and the caring and knowledgeable providers. Great location staff and medical professionals are wonderful. I've been with Dr Hoover from the early days. This is the best run office in the group. Suzie at Bird Rd location is the best NP I have ever encountered. She listens and shows compassion. She makes sure that every test needed is ordered and all refills on time. She goes above and beyond. The other NPs are super as well. Front desk staff is friendly and on top of of their game! Appointment accessibility, availability and wait time on point!!!

Yesi at the front desk is great! She is always helpful and proactive with all my questions and needs. She goes above and beyond every time. Yesi is kind, patient and truly cares about the patients. Been going to premium healthcare in the Kendall location for years! The staff is so amazing, kind, and efficient!! Yessenia in the front is so sweet, caring, and amazing! she always makes sure I have everything I need before I leave. And Suzy is by far one of the best physicians I’ve ever had in my life. She treats me as if I were part of her own family. She genuinely cares about my health and wellbeing. Suzy always tries to do everything she can to make sure I stay healthy at all times, especially since my career is very demanding on my body. She is literally one of a kind, I’m so blessed I’ve found her and everyone in the Kendall location.

This place is amazing starting by my beautiful doctor Susanne and finishing by the staff in the front desk. They all really professional and polite. Always treat me like a family. The place is always super clean and organized. Love this place .
