Premium Healthcare, has one amazing attribute and that’s Susana, the manager. She is kind, professional, and follows through with what she says. She helped me get an appointment, made sure my results had a timely turn around and helped me with whatever paper work was necessary. Thank you so much for taking the time to help me. This is exactly what patient care should look like.

Sadly this place has turned into an assembly line rather than a place to take care of your health. I was given an appointment 3 weeks ago for the ENT as a follow up. Appointment was for 8AM. At 10:27AM I not been seen or even spoken to by anyone other than the person collecting your copay and vitals. Upon asking how long more I would wait after 2.5 hours waiting the response was you still have many people ahead of you. Everyone got the same appointment time. You have two options get a refund or reschedule if you do not want to wait. They operate here on a complaint system if you complain they come and see you because people that came in after me were seen before. They do not respect your time or hold any good stands of care and good morality. Be aware. I requested my refund and wont come back to this office

I’ve been a loyal patient of Dr. Keila Hoover, now Premium Healthcare, for many years, and I used to rave about their service. But over the past couple of years, this place has gone completely downhill. What was once a well-run, patient-centered clinic has now become an overpriced, impersonal people mill.

The quality of service has declined dramatically, while their prices have skyrocketed for even the most basic things. They nickel and dime you at every turn, and the personalized care they used to provide is long gone.

Their telemedicine service is an absolute joke—I had an appointment scheduled for a simple medication refill, and they failed to call. When I reached out, I was told my appointment had been moved to the next day. The next day came and went—no call. I called again, and they told me it had been rescheduled for Friday. Guess what? Friday passed with no call either. I had to chase them down multiple times, only to be told my appointment was pushed back another five days. This is completely unacceptable, especially when dealing with necessary medications.

On top of that, they no longer offer X-rays in-house, even though they still schedule them like they do. Instead, they cancel your appointment last minute and send you to an inconvenient, overpriced diagnostic center—clearly just another way to squeeze more money out of patients.

This place is no longer about healthcare; it’s about maximizing profits at the expense of patient well-being. I used to give them 5 stars—now, I wouldn’t even recommend them. If you value your time, money, and health, avoid this place at all costs.

DO NOT COME HERE! They have no problem scheduling you for numerous appointments but to refill prescriptions is an absolute nightmare. To get them on the phone to resolve issues is also impossible including their 1101 complaint extension. Premium Healthcare is definitely not what you get here.

Kathy, the Doctor was WONDERFUL!!! I Love how she is so professional and concern when it comes to her patients. Answering all my questions and making sure I understand. Always Happy and cheerful. It's a pleasure to be her patient!!

I have been a patient for years. But the last year this place is getting worse and worse. I went with my son on friday at 8 am. They guessed we had the flu and sent antibiotics. How do you send a minor antibiotics without doing any tests? The pharmacy never got my sons prescription. I called numeros times, and they expalined that the doctor had not finished the notes. That they would call me. After hours of waiting, I called about 13 times until they decided to answer and told me they were sending it now. That was at 6 pm. By now, my son had 102 fever and was way worse. My pharmacy NEVER got the script, the doctors NEVER called me back, and Saturday I called all day knowing they were open and no one picked up the phone, i called the call center and the Beacon office directly. I had to take my son to the emergency room, where they finally gave him medicine and explained we both have the flu. Am so mad and disappointed and honestly disgusted at the way they treated us. My whole family goes to this doctor. We will be switching. They run a factory now and could care less about the patients. This is the last time we are all going. Last time, they confused my mom and I because of the name, Couldn't you see the date of birth? They have also given me the wrong medicine, and last time I was sick, the " doctor " made me stick the nose swab myself! They are a joke!!!. So negligent, getting patients wrong, not testing patients if they are sick, and stating they will send medicines or call back and nothing. I no longer recommend this place at ALL!

I had an exceptional experience at Premium Health, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Emanuel Pina at the front desk and Nurse Practitioner Genial Diaz. From the moment I walked in, Emanuel was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure my check-in process was smooth, addressing all my needs with efficiency and care. His kindness and attention to detail made a significant difference in my visit.

Once I was seen by Nurse Practitioner Genial Diaz, the level of care remained just as impressive. He provided extremely professional service, demonstrating both expertise and genuine compassion. He took the time to listen, explain everything thoroughly, and made sure I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout my visit. His dedication to patient care truly stood out, making the experience even more positive.

It’s rare to find such a fantastic team that is both welcoming and highly professional. Premium Health is fortunate to have Emanuel and Genial on their team! If you’re looking for top-notch service and care, this is the place to go.

I had a great experience with my visit. I did blood work and echocardiogram. The doctors and nurses were very knowledgable and Rosalba from the front desk was very nice and helpful.
